1570 անձ կազատվի հարկերի վճարումից

Մանե Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մեկ անգամ չէ, որ ասվել է, որ երկրի զարգացման գործում մեծ դեր ունի հարկային բարենպաստ դաշտը, որը թույլ կտա բնակչությանը ավելի ակտիվ զբաղվել ձեռնարկատիրությամբ: Այսպիսի խթան կարող է հանդիսանալ նաև «Հարկային համաներում» անվանումը ստացած փաթեթը, որ վերջերս նախաձեռնեց և հավանության արժանացրեց կառավարությունը: Դա ոչ միայն համաներում է, այլ նաև հարկային դաշտի հստակեցում, ավելի բարենպաստ պայմաններ փոքր բիզնեսի համար: Այն մի կողմից սոցիալական նշանակություն կունենա՝ շատ-շատերին ազատելով տույժերի և տուգանքների վճարումից, մյուս կողմից՝ խթանող, հատկապես ինքնազբաղվածների համար:
Ի թիվս մի շարք այլ գործոնների՝ մինչև 2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 30-ը ներառյալ երկու և ավելի գույք օտարած և ավելացված արժեքի հարկի (ԱԱՀ) գծով հարկային պարտավորություն ունեցող ֆիզիկական անձինք կազատվեն տույժերից և տուգանքներից: Ընդհանուր առմամբ այս փաթեթից օգտվողների թիվը կկազմի շուրջ 15 հազար, իսկ եկամտային ազդեցությունը կարող է հասնել մինչև 6 միլիարդ դրամի:
Տարեկան մինչև 9 միլիոն դրամ շրջանառություն ունեցող և վարձու աշխատողներ չունեցող շուրջ 1570 ինքնազբաղված անձինք կազատվեն հարկերի վճարումից, իսկ արտոնության գումարը կկազմի շուրջ 400 միլիոն դրամ: Այս ցանկի մեջ են հագուստի արտադրությունը, նորոգմունը, փայտյա իրերի պատրաստումը, լեզուների ուսուցումը, զբոսաշրջային տների միջոցով հյուրանոցային ծառայությունների մատուցում և գործունեության այլ տեսակները:
Չնայած նրան, որ այս փաթեթով պետական բյուջեի եկամուտների որոշակի պակաս կարձանագրվի, նման քայլերը դրական միջավայր կտեղծեն ինքնազբաղվածության միջոցով սեփական սոցիալական խնդիրները լուծելու գործընթացի վրա:
