 Փորձագետներն աշխատում են սիրիական ճգնաժամի կարգավորման առաջմղման անհապաղ քայլերի վերաբերյալ Մոսկովյան հռչակագրի տեքստի վրա, եւ Ռուսաստանը, Թուրքիան եւ Իրանը պատրաստ են հանդես գալ որպես դրա երաշխավորներ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, դեկտեմբերի 20-ին հայտարար ել Է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար բանակի գեներալ Սերգեյ Շոյգուն՝ Մոսկվայում ելույթ ունենալով Իրանի իր պաշտոնակից բրիգադի գեներալ Հոսեյն Դեհկանի հետ կայացած հանդիպմանը:

«Այսօր փորձագետներն աշխատում են սիրիական ճգնաժամի կարգավորման առաջմղմանն ուղղված անհապաղ քայլերի վերաբերյալ Մոսկովյան հռչակագրի տեքստի վրա: Դա խիստ անհրաժեշտ փաստաթուղթ Է»,-ասել Է Շոյգուն:

«Պաշտպանության նախարարների եւ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների մակարդակով հռչակագրին հավանություն տալը նախատեսում Է որպես երաշխավորներ հանդես գալու եւ սիրիական կարգավորման հրատապ հարցերը համատեղ լուծելու մեր պատրաստակամությունը: Ուստի մենք պաշտպանում ենք այդ հռչակագրի ընդունումը»,-ընդգծել Է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
