Թուրքիան պետք է ապացուցի, որ դեսպանի սպանության գործում չկա իր կողմից ՌԴ շահերը խոցելու դիտավորություն: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանն` անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայում ՌԴ դեսպանի սպանությանը:
«Ցավալի իրողություն է, ցանկանում եմ ցավակցել դեսպանի ընտանիքին: Այս պահին տեղի ունեցածը գնահատվում է որպես ահաբեկչական ակտ, բայց, կարծում եմ, Թուրքիան պետք է կարողանա լիարժեք ապացույց ներկայացնել և հիմնավորել, որ դրանում չկա իր կողմից ՌԴ շահերը խոցելու դիտավորություն»,-ասաց Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
Նրա կարծիքով, եթե Թուրքիան ցանկանում է Սիրիայի հարցում կառուցողական դերակատարում ունենալ, ապա պետք է կարողանա զերծ պահել ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների օրակարգը տարբեր տիպի անցանկալի երևույթներից:
Անկարայում Ժամանակակից արվեստների պատկերասրահում, ուր տեղի էր ունենում «Ռուսաստանը թուրքերի աչքերով» լուսանկարչական ցուցահանդեսի բացումը, դեկտեմբերի 19-ին 22-ամյա թուրք Մևլութ Մերթ Ալթընթաշը թիկունքից կրակել է Թուրքիայում ՌԴ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Անդրեյ Կառլովի վրա, ով մահացել է:
