Տոնավաճառներում ՊԵԿ-ը հարկային ռիսկեր է նկատել

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանի հանձնարարությամբ ՊԵԿ-ում պարբերաբար ոլորտային հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունենում տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների հետ: Պետություն-բիզնես խորհրդակցությունների նպատակն ըստ ոլորտների հիմնական ռիսկերի առանձնացումն ու դրանց նվազեցմանն ուղղված մեխանիզմների կիրարկումն է: Այս անգամ կոմիտե են հրավիրվել տոնավաճառների կազմակերպիչները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Տեղեկատվական բազայի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում ՊԵԿ-ն առանձնացրել է յուրաքանչյուր տոնավաճառում առկա ռիսկերն ու ներկայացրել հասցեատերերին` ակնկալելով սահմանված ժամկետներում հարկերի վճարման գործընթացը համապատասխանեցնել օրենսդրության պահանջներին: Անդրադառնալով տոնավաճառների կազմակերպիչների աշխատանքում առկա ստվերային դրսևորումներին` արձանագրվել է, որ հարկային ռիսկեր են նկատվել նաև տոնավաճառներում գործունեություն իրականացնող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների շրջանում: ՊԵԿ նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կարեն Բրուտյանի խոսքով` կոմիտեն շար ունակելու է ջանքերը նպատակաուղղել ստվերի դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետ իրագործմանը: Զերծ մնալով վարչարարական խիստ գործիքների կիրառումից` հարկային մարմինը նախընտրում է գործարար համայնքի հետ քննարկումների միջոցով հստակեցնել ռիսկերի նվազեցմանն ուղղված քայլերը: «Յուրաքանչյուր տնտեսվարողին ներկայացնելով մեր նկատած ռիսկերը` քննարկում ենք առկա խնդիրները և առաջարկում շտկել, հակառակ դեպքում ստիպված կլինենք կիրառել օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված գործիքակազմը»,-նկատել է Կ. Բրուտյանը: Իրազեկման աշխատանքների միջոցով պետական մարմինն իր իրավասության սահմաններում պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել օգնել տոնավաճառներում գործունեություն իրականացնող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին խնդիրների կարգավորման գործում` բարձրացնելով ոլորտի հարկային կարգապահության մակարդակը:
