Վարչապետը դրական է արձագանքել սիրիահայ գործարարների համար արդյունաբերական գոտի ստեղծելու առաջարկին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց «Սիրիահայերի միություն» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Ներսես Քիվոն` անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ հանդիպման մանրամասներին:
«Արդյունաբերական գոտի ստեղծելու համար ակնկալվում է կառավարության կողմից 1500 քմ տարածքի տրամադրում: Մենք այդտեղ կներգրավենք 25 սիրիահայ գործարարի, որոնք արտադրությամբ են զբաղվում: Այդ գոտում արտադրությամբ զբաղվող սիրիահայ գործարարների համար կլինեն անվճար իրավաբանական, հաշվապահական ծառայություններ, կտրամադրվի խորհրդատվություն՝ կապված մաքսային, հարկային հարցերի հետ»,-ասաց Ներսես Քիվոն:
Նա նշեց, որ իրենց կազմակերպությունը հիմա էլ աշխատում է բազմաթիվ սիրիահայ գործարարների հետ, տրամադրում խորհրդատվություն, այդ նույնն արդյունաբերական գոտում առավել համակարգված գործարարների հենց կողքին կլինի, դրան գումարած գործարարները կուղղորդվեն արտահանման գործընթացի կազմակերպման հարցերում: Նպատակն այն է, որ սիրիահայ գործարարներն ամրապնդվեն իրենց գործում: Ծառայությունները մատուցվելու են անվճար, այդ համատեքստում նախատեսվում է համագործակցություն բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների հետ:
Ներսես Քիվոն տեղեկացրեց, որ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկել են նաև արտահանման վերաբերյալ հարցեր, մասնավորապես, ԵԱՏՄ-ի հնարավորություններից օգտվելու տարբերակները:
«Արտաքին շուկա ունենալը խնդիր է, մենք բարձրացրեցինք նաև այդ հարցը: Վերջին անգամ մենք մասնակցել ենք տարբեր ցուցահանդեսների, վերջինը Իրանում էր, որտեղ անցկացվեց «Արմենիա էքսպո»-ն: Մասնակցեցինք 14 սիրիահայ գործարարով, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր չկարողացան մեկնել, ներկայացրեցին միայն իրենց ապրանքատեսակները: Մասնակցությունը շատ արդյունավետ էր, մեր մասնակիցները բավական օգուտ քաղեցին, եղան կոնկրետ պատվերներ: Հիմա մենք նախատեսում ենք աշխատել արտաքին շուկայի ուղղությամբ, նաև նման ցուցահանդեսների մասնակցելով: Կարծում ենք, որ կարևոր կլինի Ռուս աստանում այդպիսի ցուցահանդեսներին մեր գործարարների մասնակցությունը»,-հավելեց Ներսես Քիվոն:
«Սիրիահայերի միություն» ՀԿ նախագահը նշեց, որ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են բոլոր մակարդակներին վերաբերող հարցեր՝ կապված տեղական արտադրության խթանման ու արտահանման, վարկավորման, օրենսդրական դաշտի հետ:
«Որոշ խնդիրներ կան ներմուծման հետ կապված: Մասնավորապես, այստեղ արտադրության համար անհրաժեշտ են հում նյութեր, իսկ ներմուծման դեպքում այդ հում նյութերի համար գրեթե նույն մաքսային վճարն է, ինչը գործում է ներմուծվող պատրաստի ապրանքի համար: Այդ դեպքում, հասկանալի է, որ այստեղ արտադրված ապրանքը մրցունակ չի դառնա»,-ասաց նա: Այս և բարձրացված մի շարք հարցերի առնչությամբ վարչապետը հանձնարարականներ է տվել համապատասխան գերատեսչություններին և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել սիրիահայ գործարարների հետ քննարկել նրանց բիզնեսի զարգացմանը վերաբերող ցանկացած առաջարկություն:
