Քիչ առաջ դաժան ու սահմռկեցուցիչ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։

Ժամը 15։30-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Այգեստան 2-րդ նրբանցքի 19 շենքի 3-րդ բնակարանի բնակիչը չի արձագանքում դռան և հեռախոսազանգերին։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ մարզի ոստիկանապետ Արամ Ղազարյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչները՝ վարչության պետ Թաթուլ Շուշանյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում են նաև ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արսեն Աղումյանի գլխավորությամբ, ինչպես նաև Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Մացակ Փանոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված տան ներսում՝ գլխավոր մուտքի մոտ, հայտնաբերել են տանտիրուհու՝ 45-ամյա Մարինե Հովհաննիսյանի կախված դին, իսկ ննջարանում՝ անկողինների մեջ, հայտնաբերել են խեղդված 7-ամյա Մանե և 5-ամյա Ցողիկ Ավետիսյանների դիերը։ Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ Մ. Հովհաննիսյանը ինքնասպանություն է գործել, իսկ դրանից առաջ սառնասրտորեն խեղդամահ է արել երեխաներին։

Փաստի առթիվ Թաթուլ Շուշանյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծված քննչական խմբի կողմից նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ։ Այս պահին տեղում աշխատում են ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության փորձաքրեագիտական բաժանմունքի պետ Արմեն Ամիրաղյանը, ավագ փորձագետ Դավիթ Նալբանդյանը և փորձագետ Արթուր Առաքելյանը։ Հաշվի առնելով դեպքի վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ առաջին իսկ պահից տեղում էր նաև Լոռու մարզի դատախազ Գրիգոր Էլիզբարյանը: Հարևանները ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում ասում էին, որ տարիներ առաջ ինքնասպանություն է գործել Մ. Հովհաննիսյանի մայրը։
