Սեյրան Օհանյանի մուտքը քաղաքական դաշտ կարող է հիմք հանդիսանալ նոր քաղաքական ուժի ստեղծմանն ու հնարավոր դաշինքի ստղծմանը։ Այն, որ ՊՆ նախկին նախարարը մուտք է գործում քաղաքական դաշտ, հայտարարեց ԱԺ-ում նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հատուկ նախկին ներկայացուցիչ Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը։ Մի քիչ դժվար է պատկերացնել երկար տարիներ ՊՆ-ում անչափ պատասխանատու պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձին պատկերացնել ըննդիմադիր դերում, եթե նույնիսկ դա ժամանակավոր բնույթ է կրում, կոչված է ձայներ փախցնել առանց այն էլ մասնատված ըննդիմությունից, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, կարծես թե հենց այդ դերին էլ հավակնում է Օհանյանը։ Ինչու՞ ենք ասում տարօրինակ ու անսովոր, որովհետև, իհարկե, քաղաքականությունը՝ քաղաքականություն, սակայն Սեյրան Օհանյանը երևի թե վերջին նախկին պաշտոնյան է, ում կարելի էր պատկերացնել ըննդիմադիր դերում։ Մշտապես չափավոր, զուսպ ու չխոսկան այս մարդը համալրելու է մի քաղաքական ուժ, որտեղ համախմբվելու հայտ են ներկայացնում ավանտյուրիստական հակումներով նախկին ընդդիմադիր ու իշխանական Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանն ու հարյուր տարվա դիվանագետ Վարդան Օսկանյանը։ Օսկանյանի դեպքում չնայած արդեն մեկ շատ մեծ լուրջ բացթողում արդեն կա։ Բացելով սեփական կուսակցությունը՝ վերջինս կարծես թե չկարողացավ հաշվարկել ԲՀԿ նախկին առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի վերադարձն ու հիմա, մեղմ ասած, հայտնվել է քաղաքական լուսանցքում, քանի որ ԲՀԿ սեգմենտը Ծառուկյանի վերադարձից հետո անտարակույս համախմբվելու է ոչ թե նախկին արտգործնախարարի, այլ հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շուրջ։
Ինչ մնում է Դալլաքյանին, ապա հայկական քաղաքական դաշտի երբեմնի վառ ներկայացուցիչը այսօր ստաբիլ տեղ է գրավում մարգինալների ցուցակում, սակայն իր մտավոր կարողություններով կարող է նորաստեղծ լինել նոր կուսակցությանը։ Ի դեպ՝ ԲՀԿ ծրագրային դրույթները գրել է հենց սույն անձնավորությունը։ Այնպես որ, այս խայտաբղետ կազմին, իհարկե, անհրաժեշտ կլինի Օհանյանի նման զուսպ ու հավասարակշիռ կեցվածք, ով և կապահովի կուսակցության հավասարակշռությունը։
