Ադրբեջանում քաղբանտարկյալները հացադուլ են հայտարարել

Ադրբեջանում «Մուսուլմանական միասնություն» շարժման ձերբակալված նախագահ Թալեհ Բագըրովը, ընդդիմադիր Ժողովրդական ճակատ կուսակցության նախագահի տեղակալ Ֆուադ Գահրամանլըն եւ նրանց հետ միասին 16 այլ անձինք դեկտեմբերի 19-ին հացադուլ են հայտարարել:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը:
Ադրբեջանի Ազատություն ռադիոկայանի փաստաբան Յալչըն Իմանովի հաղորդմամբ` Նարդարանի գործով ձերբակալվածները ակցիան սկսել են ի նշան բողոքի, քանի որ բանտարկյալներին չի թույլատրվում մասնակցել իրենց գործերով ընթացող դատական լսումներին:
Թալեհ Բագըրովի խոսքերով, իրենց ամեն անգամ բերում են Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարան, սակայն պահում են նկուղում եւ թույ չեն տալիս մասնակցել դատերին:
Ի նշան բողոքի, դատապարտյալների փաստաբանները նույնպես հրաժարվել են մասնակցել դատավարություններին:
2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 27-ի կեսօրին նամազի ժամանակ իրավապահները ներխուժել էին Նարդարանի շիական «Իմամ Հուսեին» մզկիթ, հայհոյանքներ տեղացել այնտեղ գտնվողների հասցեին, բռնություններ գործադրելով ձերբակալել Ադրբեջանի շիաների առաջնորդ Թալե Բաղըրզադեին և ևս 14 հավատացյալների: Ոստիկանների գործողությունները զայրացրել էին Նարդարանի բնակիչներին: Նրանց և ոստիկանության միջև բախումներ էին սկսվել: Փոխհրաձգությունների հետևանքով երկու ոստիկան և 5 բնակիչ սպանվել էին: Հաջորդ օրերին իսլամիստների և ոստիկանության միջև բախումներ էին սկսվել նաև Գանջայում, Լենքորանում և այլ քաղաքներում:
Նարդարանի գործով ձերբակալված բոլոր անձինք դատապարտվել են 1 տարի 6 ամսից մինչեւ 6 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկումների:
Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ-ն և գլխավոր դատախազությունը միջադեպի առնչությամբ հայտարարություն էր տարածել, որում ասվում էր, որ ավանի շիա առաջնորդները ծրագում են բռնությամբ փոխել սահմանադրական կարգը և երկրում շարիաթի նոր օրենքներ մտցնել, ինչի նպատակով նրանք ստեղծել են «Մուսուլմանական միասնություն» անվամբ շարժում, սկսել են իրենց կողմնակիցներ հավաքագրել Բաքվում ու երկրի շրջաններում և մատակարարել նրանց զենքով և պայթուցիկ նյութերով: «Բացի այդ խումբը Նարդարան ավանում անօրինական հավաք է անցկացրել` քննարկելով իշխանությանն անհնազանդության ակիայի կազմակերպում և թռուցիկներ բաժանել բնակչությանը և որոշել է պետական չինովնիկների ցուցակը, որոնց դեմ ահաբեկչական գործողություներ էր նախապատրաստվում», -նշվել էր հայտարարության մեջ:
«Մուսուլմանական միություն» շարժման առաջնորդ Թալեհ Բագըրովի եւ այլ 17 անձանց դատավարությունները դեռեւս շարունակվում են: Ամբաստանյալները հերքում են իրենց նկատմամբ առաջադրված մեղադրանքները, սակայն դատարանը չի ընդունում, բացի այդ ամբաստանյալներին խոշտանգումների միջոցով ստիպում են ցուցմունքներ տալ:
