Իրան-Հայաստան երկաթուղին բարեհաջող «կառուցվում» է թղթի վրա

Իրան-Հայաստան երկաթուղին շարունակում է կառավարության առաջնահերթությունների թվում մնալ: Դեկտեմբերի 19-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ամփոփելով տարին՝ հայտարարեց ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ բիզնես պլան կա՝ ծախսածածկման ժամկետներով, ներդրողների հետ աշխատանքներ են տարվում: «Այդ հարցը եղել եւ մնում է կարեւորագույններից մեկը մեզ համար»,- նշեց նախարարը:
Նշենք, որ նախագիծը գնահատվել է դեռեւս 3 տարի առաջ: ՀՀ տրանսպորտի նախարարության կառուցվածքում գործող «Երկաթուղու շինարարության տնօրինություն» ՊՓԲԸ-ի հաշվարկներով՝ երկաթուղու կառուցման ժամկետը 6 տարի է, ծախսածածկման ժամկետը՝ 28, շահագործմանը՝ 50 տարի: Շինարարությունը կարող է շուրջ 3.5 մլրդ դոլար արժենալ:
Իրան-Հայաստան երկաթուղու հայկական հատվածը, ենթադրաբար, 316 կմ երկարություն կունենա եւ իրանական սահմանից (Մեղրի) կհասնի մինչեւ Սեւանա լճից ոչ հեռու գտնվող Գագարին քաղաք, որտեղից կմիանա գործող երկաթգծին:
Նախագծի ներդրողները դեռեւս ամբողջությամբ հստակ չեն: Ներդրումների 60%-ը խոստացել է կատարել Դուբայում տեղակայված «Ռասիա ՖԶԵ» ներդրումային ընկերությունը, բայց դեռեւս ոչ մի ներդրում չի արվել:
