Լիցենզիա չունեցող հրագործական ապրանքներն ինչպե՞ս են հայտնվում առեւտրի կետերում: Նման բովանդակությամբ ՀՀ վարչապետին նամակ է հղել Երեւանի ավագանու «Բարեւ Երեւան» խմբակցության անդամ Անահիտ Բախշյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հրագործական ապրանքների արտադրությանը եւ առեւտրին:
Նամակում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.
«Հարգելի պարոն վարչապետ,
«Լիցենզավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով հրագործական ապրանքների արտադրությունը, ներմուծումը կամ առեւտուրը, որպես լիցենզավորման ենթական գործունեության տեսակ, սահմանված է եղել մինչեւ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 5-ը: «Լիցենզավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին ՀՀ 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 13-ի ՀՕ-121-Ն օրենքով, որն ուժի մեջ է մտել 05.12.2015թ., հրագործական ապրանքների արտադրությունը, ներմուծումը կամ առեւտուրը, որպես լիցենզավորման ենթակա գործունեության տեսակ, հանվել է աղյուսակից, սակայն ամենուրեք վաճառվում են այդ պայթուցիկները, որոնք հատկապես նախաամանորյա այս ընթացքում չափազանց վտանգավոր են դառնում ու բնակիչների բողոքի տեղիք տալիս:
Խնդրում եմ պարզաբանել, թե եթե վերոնշյալ ապրանքները 05.12.2015թ.-ից հանվել են լիցենզավորման ենթակա ապրանքների աղյուսակից, ինչպե՞ս է, որ առեւտրի կետերում շարունակվում է դրանց վաճառքը: Կարո՞ղ ենք ենթադրել, որ դրանց վաճառքը թույլատրվում է առանց լիցենզավորման:
