Տավուշցի 15-ամյա աղջիկը դպրոց է գնացել բարուրը ձեռքին. նրա սիրեցյալին ազատազրկում է սպառնում

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Սեպտեմբերի 17-ին Տավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում սկսվել է Բերդի տարածաշրջանի Իծաքար գյուղի բնակիչ, 1985թ. ծնված Արմեն Հարությունյանի դատավարությունը: Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա ակնհայտ 16 տարին չլրացած, 1999թ. ծնված աղջկա հետ, փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ, 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ից սեռական հարաբերություններ է ունեցել, եւ նրանք շուրջ երկու շաբաթ Տավուշ գյուղում վարել են համատեղ ամուսնական կյանք:
Ա. Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 141 հոդվածի 2-րդ կետով («Տասնութ տարին լրացած անձի կողմից սեռական հարաբերությունը ակնհայտ տասնվեց տարին չլրացած անձի հետ, որը կատարվել է քսանմեկ տարին լրացած անձի կողմից»): Սույն հոդվածը նախատեսում է 4-10 տարի ազատազրկում: Ա. Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել հսկողությանը հանձնելը:
Նշենք, որ 15-ամյա աղջկա հետ փաստացի ամուսնանալու ժամանակ Արմեն Հարությունյանը եղել է 29 տարեկան` գրեթե կրկնակի մեծ: Տավուշի մարզում բազմաթիվ են դեպքերը, երբ չափահաս երիտասարդն ամուսնանում է 15-ամյա աղջկա հետ:
Նման որոշ դեպքերում քրեական գործեր են հարուցվում, կայանում են դատավարություններ, որոնք սովորաբար ավարտվում են ամբաստանյալին պայմանական պատիժ նշանակելով: ՀՀ Կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ Ազգային ժողովն օրենք է ընդունել, որով 2017 թվականից Հայաստանում 12-ամյա կրթությունը պարտադիր է դառանալու: 9-րդ դասարանն ավարտելուց հետո շրջանավարտները կա՛մ պետք է ուսումը շարունակեն ավագ դպրոցներում, բուհերում, քոլեջներում, կա՛մ ուսումնարաններում:
Այդ մասին Տավուշի մարզպետարանում օգոստոսի 24-ին կայացած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ հայտարարեց գիտության եւ կրթության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը` շեշտելով, որ պարտադիր 12-ամյա կրթությամբ իրենք «պարտադրում են ավելի լավ ապագայի հույս»: Սակայն Աշոտյանը չասաց, թե 15 տարեկանում ամուսնացած, մեկ տարի անց մայրացած աղջիկները ոնց են 12-ամյա կրթություն ստանալու, նրանք դպրոցական կամ ուսանողական նստարանին նստելու են նորածնի բարուրը գրկի՞ն»:
