Այսօր արդեն վստահաբար կարելի է ասել, որ բջջային հեռախոսը մեր կյանքի անբաժանելի մասն է դարձնել։ Շատերի համար ընդունված սովորություն է գիշերը հեռախոսը մահճակալից ոչ հեռու դնելը։

• Բջջային հեռախոսը մշտական անհանգստության պատճառ կարող է դառնալ, եթե դրանից չեք բաժանվում նույնիսկ քնած ժամանակ։

• Վերջին տվյալները վկայում են, որ չափազանց մեծ է տեսողությունն անդառնալի վնասելու հավանականությունը, եթե մթության պայմաններում շատ նայեք հեռախոսի էկրանին։

Եթե ցանկանում եք լավ քնել, խորհուրդ է տրվում գիշերային ժամերին անջատել հեռախոսը։ Իսկ որպես զարթուցիչ՝ գերադասելի է այլ, ավելի անվտանգ միջոց ընտրել։
