Կանայք ղեկավար պաշտոններում սակավաթիվ են. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը հրապարակել է մի ուսումնասիրություն, որը ցույց է տալիս, թե ըստ 2015 թ. տվյալների` երկրի ղեկավար օղակներում կանայք որքան մաս են կազմում, այն է՝ թե քանի պաշտոնյա կին ունենք մենք: Ըստ այդ վիճակագրության` բոլոր գերատեսչություններում կանայք տղամարդկանցից ավելի քիչ են, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում ընդհանրապես ընդգրկված չեն: Օրինակ, չունենք կին–մարզպետներ, Կենտրոնական բանկի խորհրդում նույնպես կանայք չկան:
ՀՀ օրենսդիր իշխանությունն իրականացնող մարմնում՝ Ազգային ժողովում, կին–պատգամավորները փոքրամասնություն են՝ ընդհանուրի 10,7%–ն են կազմում: 131 պատգամավորներից միայն 14–ն են գեղեցիկ սեռի ներկայացուցիչ:
Գործադիր իշխանությունն իրականացնող մարմնում՝ Կառավարության մեջ կանանց թիվն էլ ավելի քիչ է՝ 18 նախարարից միայն երեքն են կին, ընդհանուրի՝ 16,7%–ը (ըստ 2015 թ. տվյալների): Արդեն այս տարվա աշնան դրությամբ մնացել են երկու կին–նախարար: Կին–փոխնախարարներ նույնպես քիչ ունենք: 61 փոխնախարարից միայն չորսն են կին:
Ըստ ԱՎԾ–ի վիճակագրության՝ նախարարությունների աշխատակազմերում ընդգրկված կանայք ընդհանուր աշխատողների մոտ կեսն են կազմում՝ 48%–ը: 18 նախարարություններից ութում աշխատակիցների կեսից ավելին կանայք են: Դրանք են Կրթության և գիտության, Սփյուռքի, Էկոնոմիկայի, Մշակույթի, Սպորտի և երիտասարդության և այլ նախարարությունները: Ամենից շատ կանայք աշխատում են Կրթության և գիտության և Սփյուռքի նախարարություններում՝ ամբողջ աշխատակիցների համապատասխանաբար 68 և 67%–ը: Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք վիճակագրությունից, ամենից քիչ թվով կանայք են աշխատանքի գնում Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարարություն: Այստեղ աշխատող կանայք ընդհանուրի 27%–ն են կազմում:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Դատական իշխանությանը, ապա մենք 54 կին դատավոր ունենք, այն դեպքում, երբ հայաստանյան բոլոր դատավորների թիվը կազմում է 217: Իսկ Սահմանադրական դատարանի ինն անդամներից էլ միայն երկուսն են կին:
Հրապարակումից տեղեկանում ենք նաև, որ 809 համայնքապետերից միայն 17–ն են կին, իսկ 5202 ավագանու անդամներից էլ մոտ 10%–ն են կին՝ 556–ը: Այդ թվում Երևանի 65 ավագանուց 10–ը կին են:
Կին դեսպանները նույնպես շատ քիչ են՝ ընդամենը 3 հոգի: Այդպիսիք են Նիդեռլանդներում, Ինդոնեզիայում և Վիետնամում Հայաստանի դեսպանները: Ոստիկանական համակարգում աշխատող կանայք էլ կազմում են ամբողջ համակարգի 18%–ից մի փոքր ավելին: Նույն պատկերն է տիրում նաև բուհական համակարգում՝ կին–ռեկտորներ ունենք բոլոր բուհերի մոտավորապես 25%–ում:
