Լեհաստանում ջրի վրա առաջին ավանը կհայտնվի

Լեհաստանում շուտով կհայտնվի երկրի առաջին «ջրային» բնակավայրը։ Չնայած այլ երկրներում նման կառույցներ արդեն կան, բայց Լեհաստանում, որը նման քաղաքաշինական լուծումների անհրաժեշտություն չունի, այդուհանդերձ այս նախաձեռնությունը շատ պոպուլյար է դարձել, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ—ը։ շ
Ջրի վրա առաջին բնակավայրը կկառուցվի Վարշավայի ծայրամասում՝ Ժերանյան ջրանցքում։ Ակնկալվում է, որ առաջին բնակարանները հնարավոր կլինի ձեռք բերել արդեն 2017-ի գարնանը։ Ավանում առաջին հերթին կառուցվելու են էներգախնայող համակարգով10 տուն։
«Տան հիմքը 6 մետր լայնության ու 12 մետր երկարության ամուր հարթակ է, որը չի պահանջում կոնսերվացիա ու կայուն է ցրտի հանդեպ»,- նշել է նախագծի հեղինակներից մեկը՝ ճարտարապետ Ալեքսանդրա Մախովսկայան։ Նրա խոսքով, տան նախագիծը ազատ է, յուրաքանչուրը կարող է ընտրել երեք փոքր ննջարաններով կամ մեկ մեծ հյուրասենյակով տարբերակ։ «Կարելի է նույնսկ երկու առանձին բնակարաններ ստեղծել մեկ հարթակի վրա»,- ասում են նախագծողները։
Նման «ջրային» բնակարանի գինը 399 հազար զլոտա է՝ մոտ 100 հազար դոլար։ Այդ գումարը ներառում է միացումներ անհրաժեշտ բոլոր ենթակառուցվածքներին, նաեւ մեքենայի ավտոկայանատեղի ափին։
Հիպոտեկային ծրագիրն այս նոր նախագծի վրա չի տարածվում։ Դրա փոխարեն առաջարկում են երկարաժամկետ վարձակալություն, լիզինգ եւ այլ տարբերակներ։
Ըստ ժամանակակից քաղքաշինական չափանիշերի՝ ավանը գտնվում է արդյունաբերական գոտում, սակայն հեղինակներն այդ դիրքը առավելություն են համարում՝ ցանկացած պահի սեփականատերը կարող է վարձակալել բուքսիրային նավաքարշ ու «լողալ» դեպի Լեհաստանի մեկ այլ քաղաք, որը գետ ու անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածք ունի։
