Մինչև առուն ջուր չգա, գյուղացին առատ բերք ունենալու որևէ հեռանկար չի կարող ունենալ, բայց, կարծես նախորդ տարիներից կուտակված ջրային խնդիրները շուտով կլուծվեն: Այսինքն, կարելի է ասել, որ այսուհետ հնարավոր կլինի ոչ միայն նորմալ որակի ջրով ապահովել մարզերի բնակիչներին, այլ նաև լուծել ոռոգման հետ կապված խնդիրները:
 
 
ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց մինչ օրս ոլորտում որոշ փոփոխություններ իրականացրել է, իսկ որոշներն էլ դեռ սպասում են իրենց հերթին: Ամենամտահոգող հարցերից մեկը, սակայն, գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին ոռոգման սեզոնին ջրով ապահովելու հարցն է: Հարցը լուծելու համար ոլորտի պատասխանատուի նախաձեռնությամբ ջրօգտագործող ընկերությունները, ովքեր նախկինում իրարից ջուր էին փախցնում, միավորվել են: Արդյունքում նախկին 37 ընկերությունից մնացել է 14–ը:
 
 
Ջրօգտագործող ընկերությունների խոշորացմամբ լուծվել է ջրագծերից օգտվող համայնքներին ջուր մատակարարելու հարցը: Միավորված ընկերություններն այսուհետ պատասխանատվություն կկրեն տվյալ ջրագծից օգտվող բոլոր տարածքներին հավասար քանակությամբ ջուր ապահովելու համար:
 
 
«Նախկինում նույն ջրագծի վրա գործող յուրաքանչյուր ընկերություն իրեն անհրաժեշտ ջրի ծավալն էր փորձում ապահովել, որի արդյունքում հաջորդ ջրօգտագործող ընկերությունը մնում էր առանց ջրի: Նոր փոփոխության արդյունքում տվյալ ջրագիծը սպասարկող ընկերությունը պատասխանատվություն է կրելու թե՛ ջրագծի սկզբում և թե՛ ջրագծի վերջում ոռոգում իրականացնող գյուղացուն ջուր մատակարարելու համար»,– ասում է Ա. Հարությունյանը:
 
Ու թեև դեռ վաղ է ասել, թե ինչպիսին կլինեն արդյունքները, սակայն դրանք ավելի տեսանելի կդառնան հաջորդ տարվա գարնանը: Ոլորտի պատասխանատուի սպասումների համաձայն ջրի վիճակն այնքան կլավանա, որ հաջորդ տարվանից ողջ հանրապետությունում ոռոգման ջրի դեֆիցիտ չի լինի:
 
 
Ա. Հարությունյանն ասում է, որ ոլորտի առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից է նաև ոռոգման ջրի հաշվառման հարցը: Դա նաև կօգնի բալանսավորել անհրաժեշտ ջրի պահանջարկը և ջրառ ընկերությունից ջուր պահանջելուց արդեն հնարավոր կլինի հասկանալ, թե ինչ ծավալի ջուր է հարկավոր տվյալ տարածքը ոռոգելու համար:
 
 
«Համակարգի վրա ՍԿԱԴԱ համակարգի տեղադրումը նույնպես հնարավորություն կտա օն–լայն տեղեկատվություն ստանալ, թե որ ջրագծում որ պահին ինչ քանակությամբ ջուր կա: Համաշխարհային բանկի աջակցությամբ կտեղադրվի նաև տիեզերական համակարգ, որը թույլ կտա տիեզերքից վերահսկել Հայաստանի գետերի, ջրագծերի և ջրամբարների ջրի պարունակությունը»,– ասում է Ա. Հարությունյանը:
 
 
Խոսելով հանրապետության 570 համայնքներում առկա ջրամատակարարման խնդիրը լուծելու մասին Ա. Հարությունյանն ասաց, որ այդ տարածքները չեն գտնվում նոր օպերատորի սպասարկման տարածքում: Ոլորտի ղեկավարը չբացառեց, որ այդ համայնքների ջրամատակարարման հարցը կլուծվի արդեն պետության միջամտությամբ:
