Կուբան Չեխիային առաջարկել Է 280 մլն դոլարը գերազանցող իր պետական պարտքը մարել ռոմի եւ դեղամիջոցների մատակարումներով: Այս տարբերակը քննարկում Է Չեխիայի Հանրապետության ֆինանսների նախարարությունը, ինչի մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողներին հայտնել Է գերատեսչության ղեկավար Լենկա Դուպարովան:
Կուբայի կառավարությունը մտադիր Է վերադարձնել 7 մլրդ կրոնի (ավելի քան 280 մլն դոլար) չափով պարտքը, որը պահպանվում Է Տնտեսական փոխգործակցության խորհրդի (ՏՓԽ, 1949-1991) ժամանակներից: Մինչդեռ, Դուպակովայի տվյալներով, Հավանան դրա համար ֆինանսներ չունի: Ուստի առաջարկվել են «դրա մարման այլ տարբերակներ», պարզաբանել Է նա:
Դուպակովայի կարծիքով՝ Կուբայի պարտքը ռոմի մատակարարումներով մարելու տարբերակը որոշակի հետաքրքրություն Է ներկայացնում Պրահայի համար:
Դա, մասնավորապես, հաստատում Է այն փաստը, որ միայն անցյալ տարի չեխական ֆիրմաները ներմուծել են 53 մլն կրոն (ավելի քան 2,1 մլն դոլար) գումարի 892 տոննա ռոմ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
