ԱԺ նախագահն ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի համազեկուցողներին

Հունիսի 10-ին ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանն ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի հարցերով համազեկուցողներ Աքսել Ֆիշերին եւ Ալան Միլին: Հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել նաեւ ԵԽԽՎ-ում ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը:
Ողջունելով հուրերին Ազգային ժողովում՝ Գալուստ Սահակյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում ուշադրությամբ են հետեւում Հայաստանին վերաբերող ԵԽԽՎ յուրաքանչյուր փաստաթղթի, հատկապես, եթե այն վերաբերում է ստանձնած պարտավորություններին եւ դրանց կատարմանը:
Գալուստ Սահակյանը, կարեւորելով Հայաստանում ընթացող բարեփոխումները, նշել է, որ ներկայում Եվրախորհրդի հետ համատեղ մշակվում է նոր, 2015-2017թթ. գործողությունների ծրագիր, որում, նշված ուղղություններից բացի, Հայաստանի առաջարկով, նախատեսված է համագործակցություն այլ ոլորտներում :
Անդրադառնալով սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ այդ գործընթացում Հայաստանը սերտորեն համագործակցում է Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հետ, որը դրական եզրակացություն է տվել հայեցակարգի վերաբերյալ: ԱԺ նախագահը նշել է, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ առաջարկները մշակվում են հանրային քննարկումների ներքո: Խոսելով դատաիրավական ոլորտում բարեփոխումների գործընթացից՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ այն իրականացվում է մեր երկրի պարտավորություններին համահունչ:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի առնչությամբ ԱԺ նախագահը նշել է, որ հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորումը ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականության կարեւորագույն առաջնահերթություններից մեկն է: Գալուստ Սահակյանը հավելել է, որ հակամարտության լուծումը Հայաստանը տեսնում է բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում ԱԺ նախագահը մտահոգություն է հայտնել սառեցված հակամարտությունների հարցով ԵԽԽՎ ենթահանձնաժողովի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ, քանի որ ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգային հանձնաժողովը լիազորված չէ զբաղվելու հակամարտություններով:
Խոսելով կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարից՝ Գալուստ Սահակյանը նշել է, որ այն Հայաստանի իշխանությունների մշտական ուշադրության ներքո է. այս համատեքստում ԱԺ նախագահը կարեւորել է Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի մասնագիտացված կառույցների շրջանակներում իրականացվող աշխատանքը, որոնց հետ Հայաստանն ակտիվ համագործակցում է:
Հյուրերը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար, բարձր են գնահատել ԵԽԽՎ-ում ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակության կատարած աշխատանքը:
