Սուրճ խմելու դրական կողմերը

Մարդիկ չեն կարող իրենց օրը պատկերացնել առանց մի քանի գավաթ սուրճի: Քչերն են տեղյակ, թե ինչ դրական ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ սուրճի ամենօրյա օգտագործումը:
1.Դուք ձեռք եք բերում մեծ քանակությամբ հակաօքսիդանտներ: Սովորաբար 230 մգ սուրճը հարուստ է վիտամին B1-ով, B2-ով, B5-ով, B3-ով, ֆոլաթթվով և կալիումով: Միջինում նորմալ սննդակարգով մարդը ավելի շատ հակաօքսիդանտներ ստանում է սուրճից, քան թե մրգերից և բանջարեղենից:
2.Կարգավորվում է ձեր նյութափոխանակությունը և ուղեղի աշխատանքը: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ սուրճը բարձրացնում է տոնուսը, և սա է հիմնական պատճառը, որ շատերը սուրճ են խմում: Սակայն ամեն օր 2-3 բաժակ խմելու դեպքում դուք ընտելանում եք դրան և ազդեցությունը թուլանում է:
3.Կնվազեցնեք երկրորդ տեսակի շաքարախտ ունենալու ռիսկը: Աշխարհում մոտ 300 միլիոն մարդ տառապում է երկրորդ տեսակի շաքարախտով, և հասկանալի է, որ դուք էլ կանհանգստանաք ձեր առողջության մասին: Եթե դուք սուրճ խմող եք, ապա այս հարցում կարող եք հանգիստ լինել: Որոշ ուսումնասիրություններ պնդում են, որ սուրճ ըմպողները 23-67%-ով ավելի քիչ հավանական է, որ շաքարախտ կունենան:
4.Դուք ավելի երջանիկ մարդ եք դառնում: Բոլորն էլ իրենց ավելի լիցքաթափված և առույգ են զգում մեկ գավաթ սուրճ ըմպելուց հետո: Սուրճի՝ մեր տրամադրության վրա լավ ազդեցություն ունենալը ամենագլխավոր պատճառներից մեկն է, որ մենք պարբերաբար խմում ենք այն: Գիտնականները հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ սուրճ խմող մարդիկ 20%-ով ավելի քիչ հավանական է, որ դեպրեսիայի մեջ կընկնեն:
