Լարսում արգելափակված վարորդներն «անմարդկային» պայմաններում են (տեսանյութ)

Հայաստանին Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շուկային կապող միակ ցամաքային ճանապարհի հաճախակի անանցանելի դառնալը, ըստ տնտեսագետ Վահագն Խաչատրյանի, միանշանակորեն բացասաբար է անդրադառնում երկրի տնտեսության վրա։
Լարսի անցակետն այսօր դարձյալ փակ է տրանսպորտային բոլոր տեսակի միջոցների համար։ Վրաստանի Ճանապարհային գլխավոր վարչությունից «Ազատությանը» փոխանցեցին, որ երկրի Ազգային բնապահպանական գործակալությունը թույլ չի տալիս ճանապարհի մաքրման աշխատանքներ իրականացնել։
«Մենք հույս ունենք, որ վաղը կկարողանանք բացել այդ ճանապարհը։ Սակայն, Ազգային բնապահպանական գործակալությունն այժմ մեզ թույլ չի տալիս սկսել այդ աշխատանքները։ Նրանք ամեն րոպե հետևում են իրավիճակին»,- ասաց Վրաստանի ճանապարհային երթևեկության կարգավորման ստորաբաժանման ղեկավար Դավիթ Պաշալիշվիլին:
Ոչ Հայաստանի, ոչ էլ Վրաստանի իրավասու կառույցները հստակ տեղեկություներ չեն տրամադում այն մասին, թե որքան մեքենա է այժմ կուտակվել անցակետում: Մինչդեռ, Լարսում արդեն գրեթե երկու շաբաթ կայանած բեռնատարների վարորդների մոտավոր հաշվարկներով, երկու կողմում արդեն 1000-ից ավելի արգելափակված մեքենա կա:
«Արարատ Տրանս» բեռնափոխադրող ընկերության տնօրեն Ռաֆայել Մանուկյանն «Ազատությանը» փոխանցեց, որ միայն իրենք 10 մեքենա ունեն Լարսի անցակետում՝ բեռնված հիմանկանում տարբեր մթերքներով, և արդեն 12 օր է չեն կարողանում շարժվել։ Խնդիրներ են առաջացել վառելիքի, սննդի, ջրի և առաջին անհրաժեշտության այլ պարագաների հետ կապված։ «Դեռևս կոնտկրետ քայլեր չենք տեսել որևէ կողմից»,- ասում է նա:
