Հայաստանի համար ռուբլու արժևորումը տնտեսագետն օգտակար է համարում

Տնտեսագետ Արամ Կայֆաջյանի գնահատմամբ՝ միջազգային հարթակներում ռուբլին արժևորվում է, քանի որ թանկանում է նավթը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ նավթը թանկանում է տարբեր ակնկալիքներից ելնելով: Դրանցից մեկն այն է, որ նավթ արտադրող կազմակերպությունների կողմից կարող է արտադրությունը նվազել , նաև կան կանխատեսումներ, որ մյուս տարի որոշակի քանակով նավթի պահանջարկը մեծանալու է:
«Այդ ամենից ելնելով՝ նավթի գինը մոտ 10 տոկոսով աճել է: Վերջինս շատ ուժեղ կոռելացված է ռուբլու հետ, ինչի արժևորումը շատ օգտակար է Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար, քանի որ մեր արտահանման ծավալներն ուղղվում են ՌԴ և այս դեպքում շահում է արտահանողը: Մյուսը հանգամանքը տրանսֆերտներն են, որոնք ռուբլու տեսքով ուղարկվում են Հայաստան, որն այստեղ վերածվում է դրամի կամ դոլարի»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով դոլարի արժևորմանը՝ տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ այն շատ չնչին է և նույնիսկ օգտակար է դրամի համար:
«Ինձ համար նույնիսկ ընդունելի կլիներ, եթե փոխարժեքը լիներ 500 դրամ: Ճիշտ է, այն դրական և բացասական կողմեր ունի, բայց, ամեն դեպքում, պետք չէ վատատեսորեն դիտարկել այն: Դա նորմալ երևույթ է` ընդհանրապես խուճապային տրամադրություն չկա և պետք էլ չի, որ լինի»,- ընդգծեց Արամ Կայֆաջյանը:
Տնտեսագետի կարծիքով` եթե դոլարը հասնի մինչև 500 դրամ փոխարժեքի, ապա այն բավականին արդյունավետ կլինի, քանի որ դրա հետ զուգահեռ կբարձրանա նաև դրամ-ռուբլի փոխարժեքը, որի արդյունքում կշահեն և արտադրողները, և տրանսֆերտներ փոխանցողները: Մյուս կողմից, Կայֆաջյանի դիտարկմամբ, մի փոքր կտուժեն դոլարային վարկառուները, որի հետևանքով հաջորդ տարի կունենանք մոտ 2-3 տոկոս գնաճ, ինչը, նրա գնահատմամբ, նույնպես նորմալ երևույթ կլինի:
Հայաստանում միայն մեկ փոխարժեք է ձևավորվում` դոլար-դրամ, մնացած բոլոր փոխարժեքները ձևավորվում են կրոս կուրսի արդյունքում:
