Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան հայտարարել Է, որ 2017 թվականին ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ երկրների անվտանգության վրա կազդեն թեժ կետերը, թմրանյութերի անօրինական շրջանառությունը, ահաբեկչությունը եւ Ռուսաստանի եւ դաշնակիցների հետ Արեւմուտքի փաստական դիմակայութունը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին:

«Ես երեք խումբ խնդիրներ եմ տեսնում, որոնց մենք բախվելու ենք: Առաջինը թեժ կետերն են կամ չկարգավորված հակամարտությունները՝ Աֆղանստանը, Ղարաբաղը, Դոմբասը, Մերձդնեստրը, Սիրիան, ինչը նույնպես ազդում Է, Իրաքը, Եմենը: Խնդիրների երկրորդ խումբը ավանդական բնույթի են՝ թմրանյութերի անօրինական շրջանառությունը, ահաբեկչությունը, տեխնածին բնույթի արտակարգ իրավիճակները»,-դեկտեմբերի 15-ին լրագրողներին ասել Է նա Պետդումայի կուլիսներում:

Նրա խոսքով՝ խնդիրների երրորդ խմբում Է «Արեւմուտքի հետ Ռուսաստանի եւ դաշնակիցների ուղղակի փաստական դիմակայությունը, փոխգործակցության բացակայությունը ահաբեկչության դեմ մղվող պայքարում, ռազմական ենթակառուցվածքի ստեղծումը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության շուրջ, զորակազմերի, ծանր սպառազինության, ծանր տեխնիկայի փոխադրումն այստեղ, դիմակայությունը մի շարք բնագավառներում՝ տեղեկատվական, ֆինանսական, տնտեսական ոլորտներում»:

«Այս ամենը այսպես թե այնպես ազդելու Է մեր պետությունների անվտանգության վրա»,-հավելել Է Բորդյուժան:
