Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը եւ Ճապոնիայի վարչապետ Սինձո Աբեն դեկտեմբերի 15-ին Նագատոյում կայացած անձնական հանդիպմանը մշակել են հարավկուրիլյան չորս կղզիներում ռուս-ճապոնական համատեղ տնտեսական գործունեության շուրջ կոնսուլտացիաներ սկսելու վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի պարամետրերը: Համապատասխան հայտարարու թյունը հրապարակվելու Է դեկտեմբերի 16-ին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին, լրագրողներին հայտնել Է ռուսական պետության ղեկավարի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ նման աշխատանք սկսելու հնարավորությունը ղեկավարները քննարկել Էին նախորդ շփումների ընթացքում, իսկ նոյեմբերին Լիմայում կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքում նրանք երկու երկրների փորձագետներին հանձնարարել Էին այսօրվա գագաթնաժողովի համար պատրաստել համապատասխան համատեղ հայտարարություն:

«Փորձագետները մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում աշխատում Էին տեքստի վրա, բայց այդպես Էլ չկարողացան մշակել այնպիսի տեքստ, որը կբավարարեր երկու կողմերին, ուստի հարկ եղավ, որ դրանով զբաղվեն ղեկավարները, որոնք, հավանաբար, 40 րոպե ծախսեցին, որպեսզի վերջապես համաձայնեցնեն այն տեքստը, որը հրապարակվելու Է վաղը»,-ասել Է Ուշակովը:

«Խոսքն այն մասին Է, որ նախագահները հանձնարարում են երկու երկրների փորձագետներին՝ հանգամանալի կոնսուլտացիաներ սկսել հարավկուրիլյան կղզիներում համատեղ տնտեսական գործունեության պայմանների, ձեւերի ու բնագավառների համաձայնեցման շուրջ»,-պարզաբանել Է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը, ճշտելով, որ խոսքը վերաբերում Է Հարավային Կուրիլների բոլոր չորս կղզիներին: Նրա խոսքով՝ փաստաթղթում նշված բնագավառների թվում են՝ ձկնորսությունը, զբոսաշրջությունը, բժշկությունը, բնապահպանությունը եւ ուրիշներ:
