Ամանորյա տոնական սեղանի կարևոր ուտեստներից մեկը ջեռոցում պատրաստված հնդկահավն է, սակայն թռչնամիսը սխալ պահպանելու և պատրաստելու պատճառով այդ օրերին մեծ է լինում թունավորումների հավանականությունը: Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացում  հնդկահավը հալեցնելու մի քանի եղանակ, որոնք թույլ կտան խուսափել տհաճ հետևանքներից:

 

Սառեցրած հնդկահավը հալեցնելու ամենատարածված եղանակը ջրի օգնությամբ հալեցնելն է: Հարկավոր է դնել թռչնամիսը սառը ջրի մեջ և շրջել 30 րոպեն մեկ: Հնդկահավը հարկավոր է պատրաստել հալեցնելուց անմիջապես հետո:

 

Բացի այդ, հնդկահավը կարելի է նաև հալեցնել սառնարանում: Այս դեպքում հարկավոր է հնդկահավը 1-2 օր պահել սառնարանում: Սովորաբար թռնամիսը յուրաքանչյուր 2-2.5 կգ հաշվարկով հարկավոր է սառնարանում թողնել 24 ժամ:

 

Հնդկահավը կարելի է հալեցնել նաև միկրոալիքային վառարանում, սակայն այս դեպքում նույնպես միսն անհրաժեշտ է պատրաստել հալեցնելուց անմիջապես հետո: Բացի այդ, անկախ նրանից, թե որքան անվտանգ է պատրաստված հնդկահավը, ցանկալի է օգտագործել սննդի համար նախատեսված ջերմաչափ:

 

Հնդկահավ պատրաստելիս հարկավոր է հիշել, որ ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի լցոնել թռչնամիսը պատրաստելուց մեկ օր առաջ: Սառեցված վիճակում հնդկահավն անվտանգ է, սակայն հալվելուն պես թռչնամսում առկա մանէները կարող են նորից բազմանալ:
