ԱԺ-ն 84 կողմ, 4 դեմ և 1 ձեռնպահ ձայներով ընդունեց «1000 դրամի» նախագիծը

Խորհրդարանն այսօր երրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ 84 կողմ, դեմ 4 և  1 ձեռնպահ ձայների հարաբերակցությամբ ընդունեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման մասին» և կից ներկայացված օրինագծերի փաթեթը:

Հատուցման գումարների վճարումն իրականացնելու և հավաքագրված դրամական միջոցները կառավարելու նպատակով կստեղծվի զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման հիմնադրամ, որի դրամական միջոցները կձևավորվեն յուրաքանչյուր աշխատող ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից ամսական 1000 դրամ գումարի չափով վճարվող վճարներից, հատուկ այդ նպատակով թողարկված արժեթղթերի վաճառքից, հատուկ այդ նպատակով ստացված դրամաշնորհներից, նվիրաբերություններից և նվիրատվություններից:

Սպայի, ենթասպայի կամ շարքային զինծառայողին մահվան կամ առաջին կարգի հաշմանդամության դեպքում նրա ընտանիքին կամ նրան միանվագ կհատկացվի 10 մլն դրամ, սպային ամսական կհատկացվի համապատասխանաբար 300 հազար դրամ, ենթասպային՝ 250 հազար դրամ, շարքային զինծառայողին՝ 200 հազար դրամ: Երկրորդ կարգի հաշմանդամության դեպքում սպային կհատկացվի միանվագ 5 մլն դրամ, ամսական հատուցում 20 տարվա ընթացքում՝ 200 հազար դրամ, ենթասպային՝ 5 մլն դրամ միանվագ և ամսական 150 հազար դրամ, շարքային զինծառայողին՝ 5 մլն դրամ միանվագ և ամսական 100 հազար դրամ:

Նախագծին առաջին ընթերցմամբ կողմ էր քվերակել 102, դեմ՝ 3 պատգամավոր, երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ նախագիծը ընդունվեց 98 կողմ, 2 դեմ և 1 ձեռնպահ ձայներով:
