Վարչապետը հանդիպել է Հայաստանի 10 խոշոր հարկ վճարող կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներին

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը դեկտեմբերի 14-ին կառավարությունում հանդիպել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 10 խոշոր հարկ վճարող կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներին՝ լսելու նրանց գործունեությանը խոչընդոտող խնդիրները և կառավարությունից սպասվող այն քայլերը, որոնք բարենպաստ պայմաններ կստեղծեն հետագա զարգացման համար:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, խոշոր հարկատուները, խոսելով իրենց հուզող խնդիրներից, բարձրաձայնել են հարկային գերավճարների մեծ չափերին, հարկային և մաքսային վարչարարության պարզեցմանը, մաքսազերծման ժամկետների կրճատմանը, մրցակցային դաշտին վերաբերող և այլ հարցեր:
Անդրադառնալով գերավճարների խնդրին՝ վարչապետը նշել է, որ հաջորդ տարի պետք է համատեղ աշխատել ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հետ՝ կազմելով որոշակի ժամանակացույց: «Պարզ է՝ մենք այդ խնդիրը պետք է լուծենք: Մենք մյուս տարի սեփական եկամուտների բավական ագրեսիվ աճ ենք նախատեսել: Եթե սեփական եկամուտների աճի ժամանակ մենք նաև դնում ենք գերավճարների նվազեցում, պատկերացնում եք, չէ՞, ինչքա՞ն ենք դնում աճը, մաթեմատիկորեն ասած: Եթե մենք ասում ենք՝ այսքան տոկոս մուտքերի աճ պետք է լինի, և միևնույն ժամանակ մենք գերավճարը պետք է մաշեցնենք, ստացվում է, որ բազիսային մուտքերը պետք է ավելի շատ աճեցնենք», - ասել է կառավարության ղեկավարը:
Ի պատասխան հարցի, թե դիզվառելիքի շուկայում մրցակցության աշխուժացման արդյունքում խոշորագույն ներկրող ընկերություններն աշխատում են զրոյական շահույթով՝ վարչապետ Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ մրցակցային դաշտն ինքն իրեն կկարգավորի: Հանրային ծառայություններ մատուցող խոշոր կազմակերպություններն էլ բարձրացրել են ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավման և նորմատիվային դաշտի հետ կապված խնդիրներ: Քննարկվել են նաև խոշոր հարկ վճարող ընկերությունների գործունեության ընդլայնմանը, արտադրական ծավալների ավելացմանը, տնտեսության հետագա զարգացմանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:
Կառավարության ղեկավարն առաջարկել է շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների հետ համատեղ ձևավորել հարթակ՝ բարձրացված խնդիրներն ավելի մանրամասն քննարկելու, մշտական կապի մեջ լինելու և պետություն-մասնավոր հատված երկխոսությունը զարգացնելու համար:
