ՌԴ Դաշնության խորհուրդը Սահակ Կարապետյանին նշանակեց գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնում

 ՌԴ Դաշնության խորհուրդը դեկտեմբերի 14-ի լիագումար նիստում Սահակ Կարապետյանին նշանակել Է Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

«Սահակ Ալբերտի Կարապետյանին նշանակել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնում»,- ասված Է ԴԽ-ի որոշման մեջ:

Նրա թեկնածությունը, ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազ Յուրի Չայկայի ներկայացմամբ, առաջադրել Էր ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:

Դաշնության խորհրդի սահմանադրական օրենսդրության պրոֆիլային կոմիտեն դեկտեմբերի 13-ի նիստում պաշտպանել Էր Կարապետյանի թեկնածությունը ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար: Կոմիտեի նախագահ Անդրեյ Կլիշասի խոսքով՝ ՌԴ նախագահի կողմից ներկայացված թեկնածությունը «լիովին համապատասխանում Է որակավորման պահանջներին», իսկ Գլխավոր դատախազությունում տարբեր պաշտոններում Կարապետյանի աշխատանքի հսկայական փորձը «հարգանքի Է արժանի»:

Ավելի վաղ Սահակ Կարապետյանն զբաղեցնում Էր  ՌԴ Գլխավոր դատախազության միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցության գլխավոր վարչության պետի պաշտոնը:

Գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնը թափուր Է մնացել այն բանից հետո, երբ կենսաթոշակի անցնելու կապակցությամբ պաշտոնաթող եղավ Ալեքսանդր Զվյագինցեւը:

Ենթադրվում Է, որ Կարապետյանը գլխավոր դատախազությունում կզբաղվի միջազգային համագործակցության հարցերով, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
