Դանակահարություն հյուրանոցային համալիրում. բացահայտվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` հյուրանոցային համալիրի սենյակում տղամարդուն դանակահարելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Դեկտեմբերի 12-ին՝ ժամը 09.30-ին, բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ «կրծքավանդակի ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 24-ամյա Յու.Չիլինգարյանը։ Վերջինս աշխատում է «Արմենիա» ավիաուղիներում՝ որպես 2-րդ օդաչու:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ երիտասարդին դանակի գործադրմամբ ծանր մարմնական վնաս է պատճառվել Երևան քաղաքի հյուրանոցային համալիրներից մեկում՝ 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ին՝ ժամը 08։00-ի սահմաններում, երիտասարդ աղջկա կողմից։
Տղամարդուն դեպքից հետո իր ավտոմեքենայով բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխել նրա ընկերը:
Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող: Աղջիկը հարցաքննվել է և ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի շուրջ, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին։
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են քրեական գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ աղջկա՝ հյուրանոցում գտնվելու պատճառը։
Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 34-րդ հոդվածով ամրագրված Անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության իրավունքը և որ յուրաքանչյուր ոք ունի իրեն վերաբերող տվյալների պաշտպանության իրավունք՝ քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալները հրապարակման ենթակա չեն։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ կասկածյալի ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ:
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, կենսաբանական, տոքսիկոքիմիական, հետքաբանական և քրեագիտական փորձաքննություններ։
Քննության արդյունքներով կայացվող դատավարական որոշումների մասին կտեղեկացնենք լրացուցիչ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
