Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահը հանդիպումներ է անցկացրել Փարիզում

ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը դեկտեմբերի 13-ից աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաք Փարիզ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Այցի առաջին օրը Արցախի խորհրդարանի նախագահը հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր, Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամական շրջանակի փոխնախագահ Գի Տեսիեին: Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են Արցախի և Ֆրանսիայի բարեկամական շրջանակների միջև համագործակցության ծրագրերը և նախանշվել են գալիք տարվա անելիքները՝ մի քանի կոնկրետ ուղղություններով:
Աշոտ Ղուլյանն այնուհետև այցելել է Ֆրանսիայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպանատուն և հանդիպել դեսպան Վիգեն Չիթեչյանին: Խորհրդարանի նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել դեսպանության և Ֆրանսիայում ԼՂՀ Մշտական ներկայացուցչության փոխգործակցության ներկա մակարդակը: Ադրադարձ է կատարվել խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերակատարությանը՝ ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման և տարածաշրջանային հիմնախնդիրների լուծման համատեքստում:
Երեկոյան Արցախի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի նախագահը հանդիպել է մի խումբ ֆրանսիահայ գործիչների հետ և նրանց հանձնել Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի հրամանագրով շնորհված պարգևները:
Ֆրանսիահայ համայնքի մի խումբ ներկայացուցիչներ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին՝ ԼՂՀ հռչակման 25-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ, Արցախի ժողովրդական տնտեսության, գիտության, մշակույթի, սոցիալական ոլորտի վերականգնման ու զարգացման գործում ծանրակշիռ ավանդի և միջազգային ճանաչմանը նպաստելու համար արժանացել են «Երախտագիտություն» մեդալների:
Շնորհավորելով պարգևատրվածներին՝ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը բարձր է գնահատել Սփյուռքի և, մասնավորապես, ֆրանսահայության դերը՝ Արցախի զարգացմանը սատարելու և համազգային ծրագրերի միջոցով Հայրենիքի այդ հատվածը շենացնելու գործում:
«Շնորհված պետական պարգևները Արցախի ժողովրդի և իշխանությունների գնահատականն է այն մեծ նվիրումի, որը, տարիներ շարունակ, դուք ցուցաբերել եք ազատության ու անկախության արդար պահանջների համար պայքարող արցախահայության հանդեպ»,- նշել է Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:
Փարիզում տեղի ունեցած բոլոր հանդիպումներին և քննարկումներին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովի նախագահին ուղեկցում է Ֆրանսիայում ԼՂՀ Մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Հովհաննես Գևորգյանը:
