Արգենտինայի դատախազ Գիլյերմո Մարիխուանը նախագահ Մաուրիսիո Մակրիի դեմ մեղադրանք է առաջադրել իշխանությունը չարաշահելու ու պեծառայողի պարտականությունները անբարեխիղճ կատարելու համար, հայտնում է Clarin թերթը։

Թերթի տվյալներով, դատախազը սկսել է քննել ընդդիմադիր «Ճակատ հանուն հաղթանակի» դաշինքի պատգամավորների հայցը, որը դեկտեմբերի սկզբին էին նրանք դատարան ներկայացրել պետության ղեկավարի դեմ, մեղադրելով նրան կապիտալի համաներմանը պաշտոնյաների ազգականների մասնակցությունը թույլատրող հրաման ստորագրելու համար։ Օրենսդիրները պնդում են, որ նախագահական հրամանի օգնությամբ Մակրին «փորձում է զգալիորեն փոխել այդ նորմի ոգին ու տառը, որը հաստատվել է խորհրդարանի կողմից՝ դրանով իսկ գերազանցելով իր սահմանադրական լիազորությունները»։

Նույնատեսակ մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել նաեւ ֆինանսների նախարար Ալֆոնսո Պրատ Գայայի ու վարչապետ Մարկոս Պենյայի դեմ։

Արգենտինայի խորհրդարանը հարկային համաներման մասին օրենքը հաստատել էր հունիսի վերջին։ Ըստ այդ նախաձեռնության՝ արգենտինացիները կարող են օրինականացնել իրենց չհայտարարագրված ակտիվները ու արտասահմանյան հաշիվները, պետությանը վճարելով դրանց 0-15 տոկոսը կամ գնելով պետական արժեթղթեր։

Ի սկզբանե օրենքը չպետք է տարածվեր դատական, գործադիր ու օրենսդիր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների, նաեւ նրանց մտերիմ ազգականների վրա։ Սակայն նոյեմբերի վերջին պաշտոնական թերթում հրապարակվել է նախագահի կողմից ստորագրված դեկրետ, որը պաշտոնյաների ծնողներին, ամուսիններին ու երեխաներին թույլ է տալիս օգտվել համաներումից, եթե նրանք ապացուցեն, որ հայտարարագրված ակտիվները ստացել էին մինչեւ այն պահը, երբ իրենց ազգականը զբաղեցրել է պետական պաշտոն։
