ԱԱՀ-ի մասով հարկվող գործարքներով դատարան է ուղարկվել շուրջ 250 դատական վարույթ

Քաղաքացիների կողմից ԱԱՀ-ի մասով հարկվող գործարքների արդյունքում առաջացած հարկային պարտավորությունների գանձման վերաբերյալ իրավաբանական վարչություններում կամ դատարաններում գտնվում է շուրջ 250 դատական վարույթ կամ գանձման որոշում: Դեկտեմբերի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ հան դիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Արմեն Սաքապետոյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ թվային արտահայտությամբ դրանք կազմում են շուրջ 3 մլրդ 800 մլն դրամ:

«Եթե քաղաքացիները 90 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում ներկայացնեն ճշտված հաշվետվություններ, ապա նրանց նկատմամբ կկիրառվի շուրջ 2 մլրդ դրամի արտոնություն: 4-5 ամիսների ընթացքում ԱԱՀ-ից բխող գործարքների մասով քաղաքացիների կողմից ներկայացվել են ճշտված հաշվարկներ կամ նոր հաշվետվություններ` շուրջ 1 մլրդ դրամի չափով: Այդ գումարից 500 մլն դրամը հանդիսանում են տույժ ու տուգանքները ու օրենքով սահմանված կարգով տնտեսվարողներն ազատվում են դրանց վճարումներից: Միևնույն ժամանակ կատարվել են 200 մլն դրամի մայր գումարների վճարումներ»,- նշեց նա :

Սաքապետոյանը նաև ներկայացրեց, որ ներկայումս ՊԵԿ-ի քննչական վարչությունում քննվում է շուրջ 40 քրեական գործ, որոնք վերաբերում են քաղաքացիների կողմից ԱԱՀ-ով հարկվող գործարքների արդյունքում հաշվետվություններ չներկայացնելուն կամ խեղաթյուրված ներկայացնելուն: Այդ քրեական գործերից թվային արտահայտությունը կազմում է շուրջ 1 մլրդ 150 մլն դրամ, որից մայր գումարը 500 մլն դրամ, իսկ տույժերն ու տուգանքները՝ 650 մլն դրամ:
