Այսօր «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժումն անցկացրեց հերթական կլոր սեղան-քննարկումը, այս անգամ՝ «Վարկավորման հիմնախնդիրները և վարկային բեռի թեթևացման հրամայականը» թեմայով:
Քննարկմանը մասնակցեցին նաև քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր խոսեցին վարկավորման հետ կապված իրենց խնդիրների մասին:
Թեմայի շրջանակներում ելույթով հանդես եկավ ՓՄՁ ասոցիացիայի փոխնախագահ, ՀՀ Կառավարության ՓՄՁ զարգացման խորհրդի անդամ Սամսոն Գրիգորյանը, ով իր խոսքում ընդգծեց, որ բիզնես ֆինանսավորման տոկոսները շատ բարձր են: Սամսոն Գրիգորյանը կարծիք հայտնեց՝ «բանկը գերի է վերցնում բիզնեսը և անձին»: Անդրադառնալով խնդիրներին՝ նշեց մի շարք բացթողումներ, ըստ որոնց բանկը պարտավոր է մոնիտորինգ կատարել, հետևել վարկի նպատակային ծախսմանը, ինչպես նաև՝ պետք է տրվի վարկային արձակուրդ:
«Մեր հարևան երկիր Վրաստանում հնարավոր է բիզնես վարկ վերցնել ընդամենը 3%-ով, մինչդեռ մեզ մոտ ամենացածր տոկոսադրույքը 13%-ն է, որն ահռելի թիվ է բիզնես վարկառուի համար։ Չի տրվում վարկային արձակուրդ։ Այլ կերպ ասած՝ չկա ոչ մի երաշխիք առողջ ու եկամտաբեր բիզնես սկսելու ու պահելու համար։ Գյուղատնտեսական վարկերի մասին էլ չեմ խոսում։ Յուրաքանչյուր երրորդ ընտանիքն ունի վարկ ու վարկային պարտավորություններ։ Վարկ վերցնում են տարբեր նպատակներով՝ սկսած երեխաների ուսման վարձերի ու ամուսնության հարցերից, մինչև գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ։ Օրինակ, երբ գյուղացին կարկտահարության հետևանքով կորցնում է բերքը, որի եկամուտով պատրաստվում էր ամսական վարկերը մարել, նորից ստիպված է լինում վարկ վերցնել և խրվում է վարկային բեռի տակ»,- ասաց Սամսոն Գրիգորյանը։
