Վարկային բեռի թեթևացումը՝ օրվա հրամայական. «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժում (լուսանկարներ)

Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 13-ին, «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման նախաձեռնությամբ անցկացվեց հերթական կլոր սեղան-քննարկումը՝ այս անգամ «Վարկավորման հիմնախնդիրները և վարկային բեռի թեթևացման հրամայականը» թեմայով:
«Միասնության» կողմից առաջարկվող քննարկման այս ձևաչափը, ինչպես նաև՝ թեմայի բազմաշերտությունը և կարևորությունն, ստիպեցին մասնակիցներին՝ ունենալ խորքային քննարկում՝ Հայաստանում վարկային հիմնախնդիրների, և, հատկապես, մասնավոր սեկտորում վարկային բեռին առնչվող կարևոր հարցերի շուրջ: Բանախոսներից յուրաքանչյուրն անդրադարձավ ոլորտի այն հարցերին, որոնք պահանջում են հրատապ լուծումներ: Խոսվեց, մասնավորապես, բանկային իրավակարգավորումների, վարկառուի իրավունքների պաշտպանության, վարկավորման հստակ չափորոշիչների կիրառման անհրաժեշտության, բանկերի կողմից մոնիտորինգի անցկացման արդյունավետության, բանկերի կողմից պարտաճանաչ վարկառուների համար խրախուսման մեխանիզմների ներդրման, վարկավորման տոկոսադրույքների մարման սեզոնային մոտեցման անհրաժեշտության և այլ հիմնախնդիրների մասին:
«Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման համակարգող խորհրդի անդամներ Խաչիկ Գալստյանը և Գևորգ Պետրոսյանը ևս մեկ անգամ կարևորեցին նման ձևաչափերի և հանրային քննարկումների անցկացման նշանակությունը: Խաչիկ Գալստյանի խոսքով՝ նման քննարկումները ժողովրդից եկող ազդակների արդյունք են, քանի որ հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ այսօր գտնվում են վարկային ծանր բեռի տակ, որոնց խնդիրների լուծման համար առաջնային է մասնագիտական աջակցությունը, վարկային իրավահարաբերությունների կանոնակարգումը, այդ փոխհարաբերություններում «թույլ» կողմ հանդիսացող վարկառուների շահերի պաշտպանությունը:
Քննարկումների նպատակն է՝ վեր հանել առկա խնդիրներն այս կամ այն ոլորտում, լսել շահառու բոլոր կողմերին և համապատասխան հետևությունների արդյունքում «Միասնության» կողմից ներկայացնել լուծումների համապատասխան առաջարկներ և մշակել համապատասխան քաղաքականություն:
