Ադրբեջանում 2016-ի տարեկան գնաճը կազմել է 12 տոկոս

Ադրբեջանում 2016 թվականի հունվար-նոյեմբերին սպառողական ապրանքների եւ ծառայությունների գնաճը կազմել է  12,1 տոկոս:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական minval.az-ը:

Ադրբեջանի պետական վիճակագրական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ` հունվար-նոյեմբերին պարենային ապրանքների գները աճել են 14,1 տոկոսով, ոչ պարենային ապրանքների գները` 16,8, բնակչությանը տրամադրվող ծառայությունների գները ` 5,6 տոկոսով:

Նոյեմբերին սպառողական ապրանքների եւ ծառայությունների գները ամսական կտրվածքով աճել են 1,7 տոկոսով, իսկ պարենային ապրանքներինը` 2,6, ոչ պարենային ապրանքների եւ տրամադրվող ծառայությունների արժեքները` 1,9 տոկոսով:

2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի նախարարների խորհրդի որոշմամբ՝ Ադրբեջան ներկրվող որոշ ապրանքների համար նոր եւ ավելի բարձր ներմուծման մաքսատուրքեր են սահմանվել:

Պտուղ-բանջարեղենային ապրանքների ներմուծման մաքսային վճարը սահմանվել է 1 կիլոգրամի համար 1-3 դոլարի սահմանում, իսկ 1000 ձվի ներկրման համար կսահմանվի 100 դոլար մաքսատուրք: Այս որոշման համաձայն` Մրգային հյութերի և ալկոհոլային խմիչքների ներկրման մաքսատուրքը կկազմի 1 լիտրի համար ոչ պակաս, քան 0.7 դոլար: Մինչեւ այս որոշումը վերոնշյալ ապրանքների համար մաքսատուրքը գանձվել է ամեն ապրանքի հաստատագրված 15 %-ի չափով: 

Փորձագետների տված գնահատականների համաձայն` ընդունված որոշման հետեւանքով երկրում բարձր գնաճ կնկատվի, ինչը ավելի կծանրացնի Ադրբեջանի բնակչության առանց այն էլ դժվար սոցիալական վիճակը: Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունն այս որոշմամբ ցանկանում է կտրուկ ավելացնել երկրի 2017 թվականի բյուջեի մուտքերը, որոնք, ըստ կանխատեսումների, մաքսային տուրքերի վերաբերյալ այս նոր որոշման արդյունքում կավելանա 27.2 տոկոսով: 

Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը ելքեր է փնտրում նախորդ տարի նավթի եւ մանաթի էժանացումից հետո ծանր վիճակում հայտնված երկրի բյուջեն փրկելու համար:
