 ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի մասնակցությամբ  դեկտեմբերի 13-ին Գյումրիում գործարկվել է պետական ծառայությունների մատուցման միասնական գրասենյակ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Այսուհետ, Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչները մոտ երեք տասնյակ պետական ծառայությունները կկարողանան ստանալ նաև «Հայփոստ»-ի գրասենյակում (հասցե՝ Ռիժկովի 5) գործող միասնական օպերատորից:

ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարականով մեկնարկած բարեփոխումների այս շղթան շարունակական է լինելու. միասնական գրասենյակներ են գործարկվելու նաև բոլոր մարզերի գյուղական համայնքներում՝ այդպիսով պետական ծառայություններն ավելի հասանելի դարձնելով ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ծրագրի նպատակը քաղաքացիների հոգսի ու պետական մարմնից փաստաթուղթ ստանալու համար մայրաքաղաք կամ մարզկենտրոն հասնելու բեռի թեթևացումն է: Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը ներկաների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է այն հանգամանքին, որ միասնական գրասենյակներից ստացված փաստաթղթերի վրա դրվելու է միասնական կնիք, որն Արդարադատության նախարարությունը հաստատել է հատուկ պետական ծառայություններ մատուցող միասնական գրասենյակների համար:

Հիշեցնենք, որ պետական միասնական ծառայություններ են տրամադրում նաև Երևանում «Հայփոստ»-ի (հասցե՝ Նալբանդյան 21), «Արդշինբանկ»-ի (հասցե՝ Տիգրան Մեծի 24), «Աﬔրիաբանկ»-ի (հասցե՝ Դեղատան 6) և «Կոնվերս բանկ»-ի ( հասցե՝ Քաջազնունու 4/6), ինչպես նաև Գառնի համայնքում գտնվող «Հայփոստ»-ի գրասենյակները:

Միասնական գրասենյակներում կմատուցվեն ՀՀ ոստիկանության մի շարք գործառույթներին վերաբերող, անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքների պետական գրանցման, իրավաբանական անձանց գրանցման, չդատվածության մասին և քաղաքացիական ակտերի գրանցման վերաբերյալ տեղեկանքների տրամադրման ծառայություններ:
