Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն այցելել է Ալեքսանդր Սպենդիարյանի անվան երաժշտական և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ձայնի պահպանման վոկալ-երգչախմբային մասնագիտական դպրոցներ, որոնք հիմնանորոգումից հետո իրենց դռներն են բացել սաների առջև: Տնօրենների ուղեկցությամբ քաղաքապետը շրջել է մշակութային օջախներում, ծանոթացել իրականացված աշխատանքներին: Ծրագրի շրջանակում ցուցաբերվել է համալիր մոտեցում և տասնամյակների դադարից հետո ստեղծվել են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմանները մշակութային լիարժեք կրթություն ստանալու համար:

Զրուցելով աշխատակիցների հետ` Տարոն Մարգարյանը մեկ անգամ ևս վստահեցրել է, որ այս ծրագիրը լինելու է շարունակական, և հարմարավետ պայմաններ են ապահովվելու Երևանի բոլոր կրթամշակութային օջախներում: Քաղաքապետը նաև հավելել է, որ աստիճանաբար լուծում է ստանում գույքի թարմացման և երաժշտական գործիքներով համալրման խնդիրը, որը ևս կլինի շարունակական: Իրենց գոհունակությունը փոխանցելով քաղաքապետին՝ մշակութային օջախների հանդեպ ցուցաբերվող հետևողական ուշադրության համար, աշխատակիցները նշել են, որ ազգային մշակույթի պահպանման ու մշակութասեր սերունդ դաստիարակելու համար ծրագիրն իսկապես կարևոր էր ու սպասված:

Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին ներկայացնելով մշակութային օջախի գործունեությունը` Ալեքսանդր Սպենդիարյանի անվան երաժշտական դպրոցի տնօրենը նշել է, որ այս տարիների  ընթացքում դպրոցը տվել է 200 և ավելի միջազգային ու հանրապետական մրցույթների դափնեկիրներ: Շրջանավարտներից շատերը հայ երաժշտարվեստի ականավոր գործիչներ են՝ նախկին ԽՍՀՄ և ՀԽՍՀ ժողովրդական ու վաստակավոր արտիստներ, միջազգային ու հանրապետական մրցույթների դափնեկիրներ, հայ կատարողական արվեստի անվանի ներկայացուցիչներ: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ձայնի պահպանման վոկալ-երգչախմբային մասնագիտական դպրոցն էլ իր տեսակով եզակի է հանրապետությունում: Այցի շրջանակում քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հետևել է նաև տարբեր դասարաններում ընթացող երաժշտական դասերին, իսկ Ալեքսանդր Սպենդիարյանի անվան երաժշտական դպրոցի մեծ դահլիճում էլ ունկնդրել է երկու դպրոցների սաների կատարումներով ուղեկցվող համերգը:
