Զանգվածային մարզումները կտարածվեն նաև Հայաստանի մարզերում

ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարության «Սպորտը կյանքի ռիթմով» նախաձեռնությունը կտարածվի Հայաստանի մարզերում: «Մարզումների միջոցով նպատակ ունենք սպորտն ավելի մասսայականացնել: Մեզ համար այս նախաձեռնության շարժառիթ հանդիսացավ վարչապետի կողմից ասված այն միտքը, որ պետք է հնարավորինս շատ մարդկանց վարակել սպորտով: Իհարկե, սա դժվարին նախաձեռնություն է, սակայն փոքրիկ քայլերով հնարավոր է առաջ գնալ: Նախագծեր ունենք մասսայական մարզումներ սկսելու նաև Հրազդան, Էջմիածին, Աբովյան քաղաքներում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Աստղիկ Մարտիրոսյանը:
Մասսայական մարզումների մարզիչների խոսքով` ամեն շաբաթ մարզվողների քանակն ավելանում է: «Հետագայում մեր մարզումներին պատրաստվում են նաև բուժքույր կցել, ով առավել լավ կօգնի մեր մարզվողներին` խնդիրներ չունենալու համար»,-ասաց Cross-fit-ի մարզիչ Հովհաննես Ավագյանը:
Խմբակային դասերի մարզիչ Մարիամ Վարդանյանի խոսքով՝ մարզումներին առանձին ծրագրով մասնակցում են նաև երեխաները: «Ծնողների հետ մարզումներին գալիս էին նաև երեխաները, և հարց առաջացավ, թե ինչպես կարող ենք ճիշտ մարզել երեխաներին: Բացի մարզումներից, նաև խաղում ենք նրանց հետ: Մեր ամենափոքր մասնակիցն ընդամենը 2 տարեկան է»,-ասաց նա:
Բացի սպորտով հետաքրքրվելուց, մասնակիցները կարող են նաև հեծանվասպորտով զբաղվել: «Ինչպես 4 տարի առաջ հեծանվային վարակ սկսվեց հանրապետությունում, հիմա էլ մի նոր վարակի տեսքով մասսայականանում են այս մարզումները»,-ասաց սիրողական հեծանվասպորտի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Արման Անտոնյանը:
Մարզերում անցկացվող մարզումների համար մարզիչները կընտրվեն տեղական վայրերից:
Իսկ երևանյան մարզումներն անցկացվում են յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթ օր Հայաստան մարզական միության «Սպարտակ» մարզահամալիրում: Մարզումներն անվճար են:
