Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների ղեկավարները դեկտեմբերի 26-ին կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովում կքննարկեն ռազմական դաշինքի սահմաններում ՆԱՏՕ-ի աճող ակտիվությանը հակազդելու եղանակները: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Իզվեստիա» թերթին տված հարց ազրույցում հայտնել Է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան: «Մենք պետք Է պարզորոշ հասկանանք՝ ինչ Է տեղի ունենում սահմանների շուրջը, ինչու Է ՆԱՏՕ-ն սպառազինություններ մոտեցնում, ենթակառուցվածք ստեղծում»,-ասել Է նա:

Բորդյուժան նաեւ պատմել Է, որ առաջիկա հանդիպմանը կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների նախագահները կքննարկեն միջազգային օրակարգի տարբեր ասպեկտներ, ներառյալ եվրասիական ինտեգրացման հարցերը: Բացի այդ, գագաթնաժողովի օրակարգում Է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման ընթացակարգի հարցը (2017 թվականից այդ պաշտոնում ռոտացիայի կարգով առաջադրվելու են անդամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները):

Ինչպես գրում Է հրատարակությունը, ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հաստատել Է, որ ներկայում նախապատրաստվում Է ՀԱՊԿ-ի գագաթնաժողովը պետությունների ղեկավարների մակարդակով, որը դեկտեմբերի 26-ին տեղի կունենա Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում:

ՀԱՊԿ-ի կազմի մեջ մտնում են Հայաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը, Ղրղզստանը, Ռուսաստանը եւ Տաջիկստանը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
