Վրաստանում մոտ 30000 պետաշխատող կարող է կրճատվել

Ալիկ Էրոյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Վրաստանի նոր կառավարությունը 2017թ.-ին շարունակելու է այսպես կոչված օպտիմալացման քաղաքականությունը, որի արդյունքում, տարբեր փորձագետների և հասարակական կազմակերպույունների հաշվարկով մոտ 30000 հազար պետական ծառայող (մոտ 9%) կարող է զրկվել աշխատանքից: Մի կողմից տրամաբանական է, որ տվյալ գործազուրկները, հատկապես մասնագիտական բարձր որակավորում ունեցողները, իրենց զբաղվածությունը կգտնեն մասնավոր հատվածում, սակայն պարզ է, որ նման հնարավորություն կունենան ոչ բոլորը, ավելին. Վրաստանն այն եզակի երկրներից է, որտեղ պետական ոլորտի աշխատողների վարձատրությունն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ավելի բարձր է մասնավոր հատվածի գործատուի վճարած վարձատրությունից, այնպես որ խնդիրն իրապես մտահոգիչ է վրաց հանրության համար:
Հակառակ դրան, պարզ է, որ կառավարությունն ամեն ինչ անելու է, որպեսզի պետական բյուջեի հաշվին կատարվող ծախսերի կրճատումը հնարավորինս համակարգված և քիչ ցավոտ լինի, ինչն, անշուշտ, խրթին հարց է: Հասկանալի է նաև, որ նորընտիր կառավարությունը բյուջեի գումարները հավաքագրելու և համապատասխան ծախսերը կատարելու ուղղությամբ լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի. հնարավոր է նաև աշխատավարձերի կրճատում, հավելավճարների բացառում, գումարած դրան՝ բավական ՛՛անմիխիթար՛՛ վիճակում է գտնվում ազգային դրամը՝ լարին, առկա է գնաճ:
Գործազրկության և աղքատության բարձր մակարդակը, սոցիալ-տնտեսական ոչ բարենպաստ պայմանները ստիպում են մարդկանց բացասական տրամադրվածությամբ լցվել իշխանությունների նկատմամբ: Վերոնշյալի համատեքստում ԵՄ-ի կողմից Վրաստանին ազատ վիզային ռեժիմի հաստատման պարագայում և վերոնշյալի համատեքստում հնարավոր է արտագաղթն ավելի մեծ չափերի հասնի, և վերջին տարիներին արձանագրված բնակչության քանակի թվային ռեգրեսը մեծ թափով զարգանա:
