«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Չնայած համապատասխան կառույցների հավաստիացումներին՝ երեկվա դրությամբ քաղաքացիների մեծ մասն այդպես էլ չի կարողացել վճարել սպառված էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց: Տվյալները պարզապես դեռ չեն ստացվել:
«ՉԻ» - Դե հիմա տվյալներ են՝ մի երկու օր էլ թող ուշանան, խնդիր չկա: Բայց զավեշտն այն է, որ «Հայփոստի» կետերից մեկում (կարծում ենք՝ մյուսներում էլ է այդպես եղել) այցելուներին առաջարկում էին «աչքաչափով» ինչ-որ գումար վճարել հոսանքի դիմաց՝ որպես կանխավճար: Հետն էլ իբր կատակում էին՝ «ինչքան շատ տաք, ձեր պատիվն ա», ապա ավելի լուրջ ասում. «Եթե գիտեք ինքան ա՝ կարող եք վճարել»:
Մի խոսքով՝ հնարավոր է, առաջիկայում ՀԷՑ-ին նաեւ «չայեվո» թողնենք: Դա հարցի բավականին արդյունավետ լուծում կլինի: Կան, չէ՞, սրճարաններ, որտեղ մատուցողուհիներն աշխատում են առանց աշխատավարձի՝ միայն «չայեվո»-ի վրա: Կարելի է նույն ձեւով լուծել նաեւ հոսանքի թանկացման հարցը, սակագինը թողնել նույնը ու պակասուրդը լրացնել սպառողների թողած թեյավճարների հաշվին»:
