Ադրբեջանում կառուցվում են 6 նոր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը:
Նոր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների կառուցման վերաբերյալ լուրը ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների հետ զրույցի ընթացքում հայտնել է Ադրբեջանի Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետի տեղակալ Հուսեյն Ալիխանովը:
Նոր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկները կառուցվում են Բաքվի, Գյանջայի եւ Լենքորանի շրջաններում:
Ադրբեջանում հանցավորության մակարդակի աճի պատճառով բանտերում գերբեռնվածության մակարդակը աճել է, եւ նոր բանտերի կարիք է զգացվում:
Այդ երկրում շարունակաբար տեղի են ունենում նաեւ ակտիվիստների ձերբակալություններ, որոնք տարբեր կեղծ մեղադրանքներով դատապարտվում են երկարաժամկետ ազատազրկումների:
Քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստներ Բայրամ Մամեդովը եւ Քիյաս Իբրահիմովը Բաքվում Հեյդար Ալիեւի արձանի վրա կարգախոս գրելու պատճառով ձերբակալվել են: Երիտասարդներին, սակայն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել թմրանյութերի ապօրինի ձեռքբերման, պահպանման եւ իրացման հատկանիշներով, եւ դատապարտվել են 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Ադրբեջանցի իրավապաշտպան Լեյլա Յունուսը նոյեմբերի 30-ին Եվրախորհրդարանում Ադրբեջանի վերաբերյալ լսումների ժամանակ ուշադրություն էր հրավիրել երկրում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների նկատմամբ:
Յունուսը Եվրախորհրդարանում ներկայացրել էր 160 քաղբանտարկյալների ցուցակը և հորդորել էր պատգամավորներն ակտիվ պայքար մղել` նրանց ազատ արձակելու նպատակով:
