Շիրակի մարզում բացահայտվել են մի շարք գողություններ. քրգործն ուղարկվել է դատարան

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են գողությունների մի շարք դեպքեր, 4 անձի առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախնական քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ 2016թ. մարտին առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք նախնական համաձայնությամբ կրկնօրինակված բանալիներով բացել են Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակարաններից մեկի դուռը, մուտք գործել բնակարան և հյուրասենյակի պահարանից գողացել խոշոր չափերի արժողության ոսկյա զարդեր։ Գողոնի մի մասը հանձնվել է մի տղամարդու, ում ինքնությունը ևս պարզվել է, ով ոսկյա զարդերը գրավադրել է, որի դիմաց ստացված գումարը բաժանել միմյանց միջև:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են նույն անձանց կողմից Շիրակի մարզում կատարված բնակարանային գողությունների, գողության փորձերի մի շարք դեպքեր ևս, հստակեցվել մասնակից անձանց շրջանակը, անհատականացվել նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողությունները:

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի, որոնցից մեկը՝ անչափահաս աղջիկ։

Դ.Մխիթարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով (2 դրվագ), 334-րդ հոդվածով, 38-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով,  34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։

Ա.Մելքոնյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի  34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով (երկու դրվագ), 38-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով, 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով,

Հ.Մանուկյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով (երկու դրվագ) և 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի  1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով, իսկ անչափահասին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետի և 38-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետի հատկանիշներով:   Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին։

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ,  ուղարկվել է Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
