Դեղերի հատիկով բաց թողնման արգելք կամ սահմանափակում չի նախատեսվում. պարզաբանում է նախարարությունը

«Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ նոր օրենքի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո շարունակվելու է հատիկով դեղերի վաճառքը: Նման սահմանափակում չի նախատեսվում, և նոր օրենքում դեղատներից դեղերի հատիկով (ոչ ամբողջական տուփով) վաճառքն արգելող որևէ դրույթ կամ ձևակերպում չկա։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
Նախարարության պարզաբանման մեջ ասվում է. «ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի «ՀՀ տարածքում դեղատոմսերի դուրս գրման և դեղերի բաց թողնման կարգը հաստատելու մասին» 2002թ. փետրվարի 26-ի և 2014թ. համապատասխան փոփոխության ենթարկված նորմատիվ հրամանով (գրանցված է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունում) սահմանվում է դեղերի հատիկով դուրս գրման հետևյալ կարգը. «Սահմանել, որ դեղը հիվանդին, ոչ ամբողջական սպառողական փաթեթով բաց թողնելիս, բաց թողնվող քանակը դեղատնային գործունեություն իրականացնող լիցենզավորված անձի համապատասխան աշխատակիցը փաթեթ ավորում է նոր տարայում (պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակ, սրվակ և այլն) և պիտակավորում այն հայերեն նշելով` դեղի առևտրային անվանումը, դեղաձևը, դեղաչափը, բաց թողնված քանակը, սերիան, պահպանման հատուկ պայմանը (առկայության դեպքում), գրանցման հավաստագրի իրավատիրոջ անվանումը, դեղատնային գործունեություն իրականացնող լիցենզավորված անձի անվանումը կամ անուն-ազգանունը, գտնվելու վայրը, պիտանիության ժամկետը (բոլոր դեղերի համար 6 ամիս, իսկ ավելի պակաս մնացորդային պիտանիության ժամկետի դեպքում` փաստացի ժամկետը), բացթողման ամսաթիվը: Հիվանդի պահանջի դեպքում նոր փ աթեթը ապահովվում է դեղի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում երաշխավորված ներդիր թերթիկով»:
Ի գիտություն բնակչության և որոշ լրատվամիջոցներում տեղ գտած անճշտությունը պարզաբանելու համար հայտնում ենք, որ նշված հրամանը գործում է և գործելու է «Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ նոր օրենքի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո»։
