ՊԵԿ-ը համալրվում է արհեստավարժ մասնագետներով

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը դեկտեմբերի 12-ին շրջայց է կատարել ուսումնական կենտրոնում՝ հետևելու մաքսային ծառայության թափուր պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու համար հայտարարված մրցույթի ընթացքին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«78 թափուր հաստիքի համար պայքարում է 353 դիմորդ»,-նկատել է ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը: Առաջին փուլն անց է կացվում թեստավորման ավտոմատ համակարգով. մաքսային գործին առնչվող հարցաշարը լրացնելուց անմիջապես հետո մասնակցի վաստակած միավորը հայտնվում է համակարգչի էկրանին: Երկրորդ փուլը լինելու է հարցազրույցի ձևաչափով: Բոլոր մակարդակները հաջողությամբ հաղթահարողները կոմիտեում աշխատանքի անցնելու հնարավորություն կունենան: «Համակարգը կհամլրեն նոր մոտեցումներով, բարձր մակարդակով աշխատելու պատրաստ խելացի և բանիմաց կադրերÕ ¨»,-վստահեցրել է Վախթանգ Միրումյանը:
Մասնակիցներից շատերն ուժերը փորձում են միաժամանակ մի քանի տեղի համար: Ընտրությունը լայն է՝ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարից, մաքսային ձևակերպումներից, վերլուծությունից ու ռիսկերի կառավարումից մինչև վարչարարության մեթոդաբանության, ներքին աուդիտի ու տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտներ: Օրինակ՝ Արտաշես Ղամբարյանը միաժամանակ երկու թափուր պաշտոնի համար է դիմել: Մեկի գծով թեստային փուլը հաջողությամբ է ավարտել. «Թեստում ներառված էին հարցեր ՀՀ սահմանադրությունից, Մաքսային օրենսգրքից, «Մաքսային ծառայության մասին օրենքից» և ԵԱՏՄ օրենսդրությունից: Առաջին փուլը հաղթահարել եմ 100 միավորով»: Մաքսային վարչարարություն մասնագիտությամբ բարձրագույն կրթություն ունեցող Արշալույս Բաղունցն իրեն տեսնում է մաքսային ոլորտում և օգտվելով ընձեռված հնարավորությունից՝ ցանկանում է համալրել մաքսային ծառայողների շարքերը. «Կրտսեր պաշտոնի համար նախատեսված հարցաշարը բաղկացած է 20 հարցից՝ 5-ական միավորով: Առաջադրանքը կատարելուց անմիջապես հետո համակարգն ամփոփում և ցույց է տալիս մեր գնահատականը: Այսինքն՝ մարդկային գործոնը բացառվում է, միայն կարող ենք փաստել հանձնաժողովի անդամ ների անկողմնակալ վերաբերմունքի և քննության լավ կազմակերպման մասին»:
Կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը հետաքրքրվել է մրցույթի մասնակիցների տրամադրվածությամբ և նրանց հաջողություն մաղթել: Նա շրջել է նաև հարկ վճարողների սպասարկման սրահով ու ծանոթացել աշխատանքների կազմակերպմանը:
