Կյանքի 69-րդ տարում վախճանվեց քուրդ ճանաչված բանաստեղծ, հրապարակախոս Ալիխանե Մամեն (Ալիխան Մամեի Մուսոյան): Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի գրողների միությունից, Ալիխանե Մամեի հոգեհանգիստը տեղի կունենա դեկտեմբերի 13-ին` ժամը 17.00-ից Արագածոտնի մարզի Կոշ գյուղում, հուղարկավորությունը՝ դեկտեմբերի 14-ին` ժա մը 13.00-ին, ՀՀ Արագածոտնի մարզի Շամիրամ գյուղում:
Ալիխանե Մամեն ծնվել է 1948 թվականի հուլիսի 6-ին, Աշտարակի շրջանի Կոշ գյուղում (այժմ` ՀՀ Արագածոտնի մարզ): 1966-ին ավարտել է տեղի միջնակարգ դպրոցը, 1973-ին` Երևանի պետհամալսարանի ժուռնալիստիկայի բաժինը: Աշխատել է «Պիոներ կանչ», «Հայաստանի աշխատավորուհի» խմբագրություններում, պետական գրապալատում, 1979 թվականից «Սովետական գրող» հրատարակչությունում:
ՀՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի վերջին գումարման ժամանակ եղել է Մարդու իրավունքների և ազգային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի փորձագետ, ՀԳՄ քուրդ գրողների բաժանմունքի նախագահ, հիմնադրել մի շարք հասարակական կազմակերպություններ: ՀԳՄ անդամ է1988 թվականից: Գրում էր քրդերեն և հայերեն` դպրոցական տարիներից տպագրվելով գրական մամուլում:
Բանաստեղծությունների առաջին գիրքը` « Կենաց ծով» (1983) խորագրով, ջերմորեն ընդունվեց ընթերցասեր հասարակայնության և գրաքննադատների կողմից: Հաջորդ գրքերը` «Քարը» (1987թ.), «Հող և հաց» (2004 թ. քրդերեն), «Զագրոսի լույսերը» (2008թ. քրդերեն), «Նուրանի» (2010թ, քրդերեն), նոր գույն էին քրդական և հայ գրականության ներկապնակում: Նրա ստեղծագործության հենքը, պատկերային համակարգի աղբյուրը քրդական և հայկական բանահյուսությունն էր:
Վերջին տարիներին «Զագրոս» թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիրն էր: Առանձին գրքով հրատարակվել է նրա «Երկխոսություն» հրապարակախոսական ժողովածուն: Մեծ է նրա վաստակը քրդական լեզվի և գրականության զարգացման գործում: Նրա ջանքերով են ստեղծվել քրդական դպրոցների 2-րդ, 3-րդ, 4-րդ դասարանների մայրենի լեզվի և գրականության դասագրքերը: Ալիխանե Մամեի բանաստեղծական շարքերը թարգմանվել են վրացերեն, ռուսերեն, անգլերեն, ուկրաիներեն և այլ լեզուներով:
2012 թվականին նրա գործունեությունը գնահատվել է պետական պարգևով` «Մովսես Խորենացի» մեդալով:
