Ռուսաստանը Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության հարցում վտանգավոր խաղեր է խաղում

«Երեկ ամերիկյան հեղինակավոր «Ստրատֆոր» հետազոտական կենտրոնը հրապարակել է մի վերլուծություն, որի համաձայն՝ հնարավոր է՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի սառեցված հակամարտությունում առաջիկա ամիսներին նշանակալից շրջադարձ կատարվի։
«Գնալով աճում են նախանշանները, որ Ռուսաստանը և Ադրբեջանը կարող են համագործակցել՝ խաթարելու Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ստատուս-քվոն՝ կապված այն բանի հետ, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստվում է խաղաղապահներ ուղարկել այնտեղ և փորձել երկարաժամկետ վերահսկողություն սահմանել տարածաշրջանի նկատմամբ»,- ըստ «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի՝ նման գնահատական են հնչեցրել «Ստրատֆորի» վերլուծաբանները, որոնց կարծիքով՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հանդեպ Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարությունը սկսում է փոխվել։
«Ամեն դեպքում, նախկինի համեմատ Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի վերջին ամիսների շատ ավելի լավ հարաբերությունները մտածելու տեղիք են տալիս, թե արդյո՞ք Մոսկվան Ադրբեջանին հրապուրիչ առաջարկ չի արել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խիստ ազգայնական թեմայով»,- գրում են վերլուծաբանները՝ նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանին հոգնեցրել են ԵԱՀԿ-ի միջնորդությամբ տարվող բանակցությունները:
Միակ ճանապարհը, որը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցում Հայաստանին կստիպի վերաբանակցել պայմանները, մարտական գործողությունների վերսկսումն է, և Ռուսաստանը՝ որպես Հայաստանի միակ հովանավորը, դրանց վերջ տալու համար կխաղա միջնորդի գլխավոր դերը։ Մենք կասկածում ենք, որ այս պլանը կարող է Հայաստանի վրա դրվել միայն դիվանագիտական միջոցներով,- գրում են «Ստրատֆորի» վերլուծաբանները՝ եզրափակելով,- Ունենալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն իր որդեգրմանը սպասող տարածքների ցանկում՝ Ռուսաստանը հավատարիմ կմնա իր սահմաններից դուրս ոտքի տեղ անելու և ավելի ընդլայնելու քաղաքականությանը»։
«Ստրատֆորն» ամերիկյան արտաքին քաղաքականության վրա մեծ ազդեցություն ունեցող հետազոտական կենտրոններից մեկն է, և այդ իմաստով վերը նշված գնահատականները կարելի է համարել ԱՄՆ-ի, գուցե ընդհանրապես Արևմուտքի պատասխանը սեպտեմբերի 15-ին Դուշանբեում կայացած ՀԱՊԿ գագաթաժողովին, մասնավորապես, դրա ընթացքում Հայաստանի կողմից հնչեցված առաջարկին ու ընդունված հայտարարությանը»,- գրում է թերթը:
