Քաղաքական վերադարձի հասունությունը

Վերջինն օրերի ամենամեծ աղմուկ հանած իրադարձություններից մեկը դարձավ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի այցը Գյումրի։ Նախ պետք է նշել, որ Գյումրիում Ծառուկյանն աննախադեպ ջերմ ընդունելության արժանացավ հազարավոր քաղաքացիների կողմից, որոնք հավաքվել էին նրան դիմավորելու, սակայն սա հարցի մի դրվագն էր ընդամենը։ Վերջերս Ծառուկյանի քաղաքականություն վերադառնալու խոսակցությունների ֆոնին, Ծառուկյնաի այցը Գյումրի ինչ-որ առումով խորհրդանշական էր։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Շիրակի մարզում և մասնավորապես Գյումրիում առավել սուր են դրսևորված սոցիալ-տնտեսական ամենատարբեր բնույթի հիմնախնդիրները և այս առումով Ծառուկյանը կարծես թե ակնարկում է այն մասին, որ լիովին տիրապետում է քաղաքի խնդիրներին։ Ի դեպ իր խոսքում էլ նա նշեց, որ շուրջ 30 տարի է գործանական ու զուտ մարդկային շատ լավ հարաբերությունների մեջ է գյումրեցիների հետ։

Միաժամանակ պետք է շեշտել, որ Ծառուկյանի այցելությունը Գյումրի ինչ-որ առումով նաև ելակետային կարող է դառնալ։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Գյումրին վաղուց արդեն չի հավատում որևէ պաշտոնյայի ու իշխանության ներկայացուցչի և այս տեսանկյունից Ծառուկյանին ցույց տված ընդունելությունը վկայում է այն մասին, որ ի դեմս այս գործչի քաղաքացիները տեսնում են իրական լիդերի։  Պետք է շեշտել նաև, որ այստեղ խոսքը չի վերաբերում միայն Գյումրիին կամ գյումրեցիներին, ըստ էության ակնհայտ է, որ Ծառուկյանի վարկանիշը սահմանափակված չէ այս կամ այն տարածաշրջանով։

Բացի այս Գյումրիում Ծառուկյանը հերթական անգամ պատասխանելով իր՝ քաղաքականություն վերադառնալու մասին հարցին, նշեց, որ քաղաքականությունն իր համար ինքնանպատակ չէ և իր միակ խնդիրը քաղաքականության մեջ, թե այնտեղից դուրս հանրային շահին ծառայելն է։ Այս հայտարարությունը և Գյումրիում Ծառուկյանին ցուցաբերված ընդունելությունն ըստ էության օրգանապես փոխկապակցվում են, քանի որ այստեղ արդեն հարցը վերաբերում է նրան, որ հասունացել է Ծառուկյանի ակտիվանալու պահը՝ նույնիսկ կարող ենք ասել առանց նրա կարծիքը հաշվի առնելու, քանի որ եթե հասարակության մի հատվածը ի դեմս այս գործչի հետագա հույսեր է կապում, ապա բնականաբար, այդ կարծիքի հետ Ծառուկյանը չի կարող հաշվի չնստել ։ Բնականաբար այս առումով ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ Ծառուկյանի խոսքերով ասած իր վերադարձը քաղաքականությունը չի կարող ինքնանպատակ լինել, անգամ նման խնդիր չի կարող լինել, քանի որ ակնհայտ է մեկ փաստ, որ հասարակության մի հատվածի համար նրա վերադարձը անհրաժեշտություն է։

Մյուս կողմից Ծառուկյանի վերադարձից առավելապես անհանգստանում են  տարատեսակ անհայտ ծագման կուսակցությունները, որոնք հստակորեն գիտակցում են, որ Ծառուկյանի վերադարձը քաղաքականություն, դա կնշանակի, որ նրանց բոլոր հույսերը՝ մեկ-երկու մանդատ ԱԺ-ում ունենալու շուրջ պարզապես հոդս կցնդեն և բնականաբա այս  տեսանկյունից Ծառուկյանի վերադարձը նաև քաղաքական դաշտը մաքրող և  հստակեցնող գործառույթ կունենա։
