Սիրելի ընթերցողներ, երկար ընդմիջումից հետո որոշեցի վերականգնել գրառումներս։ Այս թեման որին որոշել եմ այս անգամ անդրադառնալ` Ստաֆիլակոկն է և նրա ազդեցությունը մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա։ Օրերս Սննդամթերքի պետական ծառայությունը ստուգումներ անց կացրեց կաթնարտադրող ընկերություններում։ Տարբեր շեղումների հետ մեկտեղ կաթնամթերքում (չի նշվել ինչ կաթնամթերք և որ արտադրողի) լաբորատոր հետազոտության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է ոսկեգույն ստաֆիլակոկ։ Եվ քանի որ տվյալ ծառայության ղեկավարության պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի պակասը թույլ չի տվել սպառողներին զգուշացնել թե ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ ստաֆիլակոկի ազդեցությունը մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա, իսկ դրա կարիքը կա (շատերը ինձ են դիմում իմանալու համար) ես ինքս կգրեմ դրա մասին։

Ի թիվս այլ ցուցանիշների ոսկեգույն ստաֆիլակոկը նույնպես հանդիսանում է կաթնամթերքում հետազոտվող անվտնգության ցուցանիշներից մեկը։ Ստաֆիլակոկը մանրէ է։ Ոսկեգույն անվանումը ստացել է ի շնորհիվ ոսկեգույն երանգի, որը կարող ենք տեսնել ստաֆիլակոկի գաղութները մանրադիտակի տակ նայելիս։ Ստաֆիլակոկը սննդամթերքում առաջանում է արտադրությունում վատ սանիտարահամաճարակային պայմանների պատճառով։ Հաշվի առնելով ստաֆիլակոկերի լայն տարածումը, կարող ենք պնդել նաև, որ տարածման ևս մի աղբյուր կարող են հանդիսանալ կենդանիները, այդ թվում, շները կատուները և գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիները: Իսկ կաթի պարագայում, վարակը կարող է անցնել ինչպես հիվանդ կենդանու (կովի) օրգանիզմից, այնպես էլ ոչ պատշաճ (կրծերի ախտոտվածություն, կիթ առանց լվանալու, կեղտոտ ձեռքերով կիթ և այլ) կիթի ժամանակ:

Իսկ հիմա եկեք տեսնենք թե ստաֆիլակոկի առկայությունը կաթնամթերքում ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա։ Ստաֆիլակոկը օրգանիզմում ապրում է աղիներում, սեռական և շնչառական ուղիներում։ Աղիքներում տեղակայման դեպքում արտաքին ախտանիշները կարող են ի հայտ չգալ, մինչև օրգանիզմի իմունիտետի անկումը։ Աղիքային ստաֆիլակոկը հակաբիոտիկային բուժման ենթակա չէ, քանի դեռ չի գերազանցել 104 ազդեցության միավորը։ Ավելի բարձր կոնցենտրացիայի դեպքում կարող է առաջացնել՝

2․ մաշկի թարախային բորբոքումներ

3․ թոքերի բորբոքում

4․ աղիքային վարակներ

Ինքը ստաֆիլակոկը այդքան վտանգավոր չէ օրգանիզմի համար, ինչքան նրա կենսագործունեության արդյունքում առաջացած թույները։ Որոնք կարող են մարդու մոտ առաջացնել ծանր թունավորում և ուժգին ցավեր։

Ստաֆիլոկոկային վարակները հեշտությամբ բուժվում են հակաբիոտիկների միջոցով, միայն բժիշկի հսկողությամբ։
