Գեղարքունիքի մարզում հիմնանորոգվել է 28 կմ ճանապարհահատված

Ավարտվել են Երևան - Սևան - Իջևան միջպետական (Մ-4) ավտոճանապարհի 7,17 կմ երկարությամբ ճանապարհահատվածի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
2016 թվականի պետբյուջեի ֆինանսավորմամբ այս հատվածում վերականգնվել է ճանապարհի գրեթե 80 հազար քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի ասֆալտբետոնե ծածկը, տեղադրվել են մետաղյա արգելափակոցներ:
Ճանապարհաշինական աշխատանքներն իրականացվել են ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության վերահսկողությամբ: Աշխատանքի ողջ ընթացքում կատարվել է հսկողություն պատվիրատուի և տեխնիկական հսկողություն իրականացնող կազմակերպության կողմից:
«Աշխատել ենք համատեղ, որպեսզի անհրաժեշտ որակն ապահովենք»,- նշեց հիմնանորոգումն իրականացնող «Խաչհար» ՍՊ ընկերության փոխտնօրեն Միհրան Զաքարյանը:
ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության «Տրանսպորտի ԾԻԳ» պետական հիմնարկի տնօրեն Էմիլ Սարգսյանը հայտնեց, որ սահմանված է 3 տարվա երաշխիքային ժամկետ:
«Եթե այդ ժամկետում ի հայտ գան թերություններ, շինարարն իր հաշվին այդ թերությունները կվերացնի»,- պարզաբանեց Է. Սարգսյանը:
Սևան քաղաքն ափամերձ շրջաններին կապող ճանապարհն անցնում է միջպետական մայրուղով: Քաղաքի բնակիչներն ու ամռանը Սևանում հանգստացողներն ափին հասնելու համար ստիպված էին հատել արագընթաց ճանապարհը: Արդյունքում այս վայրում վրաերթի բազմաթիվ դեպքեր էին գրանցվում: Բնակիչների անվտանգ անցուդարձն այսուհետև կապահովի նորակառույց վերգետնյա անցումը, որը ևս ներառված էր հիմնանորոգման այս տարվա ծրագրում:
Երևան - Սևան - Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի 67,5 կմ-ում՝ Սևանի թերակղզու մոտակայքում, հեղեղումների պատճառով փլուզված 31 մետր հատվածը նույնպես հիմնանորոգվել է: Մասնավորապես, վերականգնվել է հողային պաստառը, կառուցվել է գաբիոնային հենապատ:
Եկող տարվա բյուջեով նախատեսվում է 2 միլիարդ 900 միլիոն դրամ ներդնել այս ճանապարհի մնացած հատվածներում ևս հիմնանորոգում իրականացնելու համար:
«Առաջիկայում նախատեսում ենք հայտարարել մրցույթներ, ընտրել ճանապարհի այն հատվածները, որոնք խիստ քայքայված են: Հաջորդ տարի ևս կկատարվեն հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներ»,- ասաց Էմիլ Սարգսյանը:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ 2016 թվականի ընթացքում Գեղարքունիքի մարզում պետբյուջեի և Համաշխարհային բանկի 4 միլիարդ 340 միլիոն դրամի համաֆինանսավորմամբ հիմնանորոգվել է 28 կմ ճանապարհահատված, վերակառուցվել են ճամփեզրի մի շարք փլուզված հատվածներ:
