Վերջին շրջանում հաճախ են կարծիքներ տարածվում, թե երգչուհի Անի Քրիստին մարմնի եւ դեմքի պլաստիկ վիրահատությունների է դիմել: Life.panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում երգչուհին պաշտոնապես հայտարարեց` ոչ մի պլաստիիկ վիրահատություն չի իրականացրել.
 
«Շատ է քննարկվում, թե ես մեծացրել եմ շուրթերիս ծավալը, ընդգծել եմ  հոնքերս, փոքրացրել եմ քիթս եւ կատարել եմ մարմնի այլ վիրահատություններ, սակայն ուզում եմ ասել, որ Փառք Տիրոջը, նա ինձ կամեցել է հենց այսպիսին ծնվել եւ իմ մարմնի վրա ոչ մի պլաստիկ միջամտություն չկա»,- նշեց նա:
 
Հարցին, թե երգչուհին առհասարակ ի՞նչ վերաբերմունք ունի պլաստիկ վիրահատությունների նկատմամբ, պատասխանեց.
«Իհարկե, այդ հարցում ոչ մի վատ բան չեմ տեսնում: Եթե տարիները անցնեն ու ես կզգամ, որ արդեն բնության կողմից հարված ունեմ, ապա գուցե ինքս էլ դիմեմ այդ միջոցին: Սակայն դեռ երիտասարդ եմ, առաջիկայում էլ կնճիռների առաջացումից չեմ վախենում, քանի որ, կարծում եմ, յուրաքանչյուր փոքրիկ կնճռիկ իր խորհուրդն ու պատմությունն ունի: Ի դեպ, նաեւ նշեմ, որ եթե մի օր պլաստիկ վիրահատության դիմեմ, ինքս կհայտնեմ այդ մասին»:
 
Անդրադառնալով վերջին տարիներին իր՝ հաճախակի փոփոխվող ոճին ու արտաքին տեսքի հետ կապված դետալներին, մասնավորապես խոսելով ԱՄՆ-ում կայացած «Pan Armenian Entertainment Awards 2016» մրցանակաբաշխությանը իր համարձակ ու սեքսուալ զգեստին, երգչուհին նկատեց.
 
«Նախ պետք է ասեմ, որ ոչ մի հատուկ ու միտումնավոր բան չկա: Առհասարակ, տրամադրությանս առումով շատ փոփոխական մարդ եմ, ուստի շատ հաճախ եմ էքսպերիմենտների դիմում: Ինձ համար արտաքնային փոփոխությունները կարեւոր տեղ են զբաղեցնում, որոնք անընդհատ պետք է շարժի մեջ լինեն: Իհարկե, ոճիս հետ կապված տարբեր մասնագետների հետ եմ աշխատում, սակայն վերջնական ընտրությունը իմն է: Ինչ վերաբերում է մրցանակաբաշխությանը իմ զգեստին` պետք է ասեմ, որ ընտրության ժամանակ երկար չեմ մտածել, գույնը հավանելուն պես անմիջապես ընտրել եմ, թեեւ բեմում «Ես քո զավակն եմ, Հայաստան» երգը հնչեցնելիս ես այլ հագուստով ներկայացա` հաշվի առնելով երգի բովանդակությունը, որը չէր համապատասխանի խորը բացվածքով զգեստիս»:
