Կարինա Սանթրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանի տարբեր հատվածներում հաճախ էլեկտրաէներգիայի վթարային անջատումներ են լինում: Խափանումների համար երբեմն պատճառ են լինում ենթակայանների մաշված սարքավորումները: Դրանց վերակառուցման արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի բաժանորդներին զերծ պահել անհարմարություններից, նաև նվազագույնի հասցնել կորուստները, բարձրացնել էներգահամակարգի հուսալիությունը, կրճատել շահագործման ծախսերը:

Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է վերակառուցել «Հաղթանակ», «Չարենցավան-3», «Վանաձոր-1» և «Աշնակ» ենթակայանները:

Հայաստանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգում իրականացվող «Էլեկտրամատակարարման հուսալիության ծրագրի լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորում» և «Էլեկտրահաղորդման ցանցի բարելավում» վարկային ծրագրերի շրջանակներում հայտարարվել է մրցույթ: Միջազգային մրցույթի արդյունքներով՝ Decon International GmbH/Consulectra Unternemensberatung GmbH (Գերմանիա) համատեղ ձեռնարկության հետ կնքվել են նշված ենթակայանների վերակառուցման աշխատանքների վերահսկողության խորհրդատուի պայմանագրեր։ Շինարարության մեկնարկը կտրվի հաջորդ տարվա առաջին կեսին։ Վերակառուցման ավարտի և շահագործման վերջնաժամկետը 2018թ. վերջն է: Կապալառու կազմակերպությունների հետ կնքվել են պայմանագրեր, ներկայումս իրականացվում ենթակայանների նախագծման աշխատանքներ։

Նշենք, որ «Հաղթանակ», «Չարենցավան-3» և «Վանաձոր-1» ենթակայանների համար կնքված պայմանագրի գինը կազմել է շուրջ 1 մլն եվրո, «Աշնակ» ենթակայանինը՝ 339,4 հազար եվրո։
